chap. 18 - the flight

finley's pov:
"i'm coming with you to fight this bitch" indigo yells as she walks into my dorm room "oh i'll come and fight jaden for you" brooks says with a smile as he pulls me into a hug since we were like siblings "let's facetime beatrix" i say as i grab my phone and go onto facetime and click on her contact she didn't come down because she was in LA because she was studying at UCLA so she was going to pick me up and then take me to our apartment because i let her take the 2nd bedroom because me and jaden didn't have a use for it yet. "aww wifey, this asshole is coming to the apartment now and i told him to bring some boxing gloves because i'm about to beat the shit out of him for cheating on the future mother of my children" she says and i giggle and let out a smile "wait is he really coming over?" i asked and she nods "also bryce said he will record the fight and post it on his channel" she says with a smile and she started to stretch "bitch stfu, i know you won't fight jaden" indigo says "then you must be fucking dumb, luckily for him he's not bringing that ugly ass bitch otherwise i might get an assault charge or murder charge" she says and i let out a quiet giggle and into lay next to eden in her bed as indigo and brooks continue talk to beatrix "how you feeling?" i ask "i want to fuck those boys over for doing that to us" she says "let's go talk to a professor or something we have screenshots of the post and their accounts with their names if the school won't do anything, i'll call my mom and we can take our academic education somewhere else." i say and she nods and sits up in her bed and i hop out of the bed and then she gets out of the covers and gets off her bed. "we'll be back" i say and i grab my phone and me and eden walk out of the room, i have a few hours before i have to leave for my flight so me and eden head to the dean of students office which wasn't a far walk from our dorm. as we walk across campus i see the guy that assaulted me so i decide to snap a quick photo of him then he comes up to us. "i'm down to fuck again if you are" he says with a wink "i'm actually going out of town so i will decline asshole" i say as we walk by him and flip him off. we walk into the building and ask for the way to the deans office "that way" a lady says and we nod and head towards his office. we knock "come in" he says and we open the door and sit down in the two chairs in front of his desk "hello girls, what seems to be the issue?" he asks "we would like to talk about the boys that recently raped us" i say confidently "would you mind going into detail" he says "wow um no, i do not need to tell you about me getting raped but we're pressing charges unless you expel them from this school" eden says "could i have the names of these boys?" he asks "daniel hunter and jack maxwell they are both part of alpha omega and daniel is part of the football team and jack is on the basketball team" i say while biting my cheek to hold back the tears "what we're you wearing?" he asks and i start to dig my nails into my fists "why does it matter what people are wearing when they get raped, we didn't ask to get raped! i have a FUCKING boyfriend and i love him and would never dare to cheat on him but now it's my fault because i was wearing a dress but it's not my fault" i say "it's the fault of those boys, they decided to drug us and post pictures of us vulnerable and we couldn't fight back how am i supposed to fight against a football player" i say and i flip him off "you are part of the problem and sadly we are taking our education elsewhere and we haven't even had our classes yet" i say as i grab finley's hand and we walk out of his office "i hope their rich parents at least paid you out asshole!" i yell as we walk out of the building and then my phone starts to ring "where did you guys go?" indigo asks "to the dean of students, that asshole didn't do anything and now we're pressing charges against the boys and this school... please pick us up" i say and indigo laughs "yea i'm coming right now" she says as she hangs up then my phone rings again "hey fin.." he starts "jae?" i ask "yea.." he says "jaden, im going to be in LA in a few hours and don't worry beatrix is picking me up but i need to tell you in person, just trust me i didn't cheat on you, i never would" i say "i know finley, i can't trust you yet but i'm sorry for not calling you sooner and i can pick you up from the apartment or we can talk there whatever you prefer just tell me when you get there ok?" he says "yea okay, bye jaden" i say and he hangs up "jaden called?" eden asks and i nod "yea" i say and a slight smile appears on my face "i've been missing his voice" i say as i take a deep breath and eden laughs "go get your bubba back even tho i'm better" she says as she rolls her eyes and gives me a hug.
time skip to the airport:
i'm rushing through security trying not to miss my flight since i fell asleep once we got back to our dorm "get your husband back!" indigo screams as i take out all my electronics and take off my shoes and put them into boxes "i love you" she says and she blows me a kiss and all the employees are looking at me funny "please don't mind her" i say as i walk through the metal detector and then i quickly throw on my shoes and grab all my bags and put my tablet back in my backpack and i tighten my apple watch as i run through the empty airport to my gate and then i hear over the intercom "flight to los angeles boarding now" a woman says and i reach my gate and take out my ticket from my backpack and i sit down in a chair only for my group to be called "group 6 please get in line to board" a lady says and i stand up and hop into line and i text beatrix to tell her i'm boarding and then i set my phone onto airplane mode and put it in my hoodie pocket and i walk forward and show the flight attendant my ticket and walk through the door dragging my suitcase through the hallway to the airplane and i find my seat and sit down and place my bag under my seat but before i pull out my tablet and my airpods then i zip it up and connect my airpods to my tablet and lay back in my seat. then we get into the air and i start to drift asleep as i listen to my sad music playlist.
