chap. 16 - everyone has angels and demons

finley's pov: a day and a few hours later
"ahh we're finally done" i say and eden cheers "we're in college now!" she shouts "yea your welcome" my dad says and we giggle and give him a hug "thanks for building everything dad" i say and he nods "thanks bub" i say as i give him a kiss "i'll miss you" i say with puppy dog eyes "i'll miss you too bubba" he says as he embraces me and kisses my head "i'll facetime you tonight when we get to your house" he says as he kisses me again and holds me. i wanted to stay there forever, i didn't want him to leave. "okay, i love you" i say. i walk back to the car with my dad and him, i never let go off his hand and i hoped he would never let go off mine either but i knew this... would ruin it all. after this goodbye, it could be the last one for forever but he wouldn't do that right, you've been friends longer than you've been dating... we could still be friends after this. "let's go get some food, i'm starving" eden says as she drags me to my car "i literally forgot that we drove in my car, we're going to have to go everywhere together now" i say and she laughs "that sucks" she says sarcastically and i flip her off "we're getting hattie b's and your paying for my food, you bitch" i say and she laughs. my phone starts to go off as i start driving, "can you answer that?" i ask and she nods "it's indie" she says and then indie's voice starts to blare through my car "my eardrums, wtf" i say as i turn down the volume in the car "what's up bitches!" she yells "we're in college bitch" i say and she cheers "yes we are bitch" she screams in her apartment in atlanta "how's your apartment?" i ask and she excitedly screams "it's fucking amazing, me and lewis are living our city dreams" she says and she flips her camera toward her british shorthair cat lewis staring into the city skyline "bro lewis needs an instagram" i say and she laughs "we're getting hattie b's" i say and she scoffs "what the fuck, i'm done fuck y'all" she says as she hangs up but a few seconds later she calls back "she's a fucking simp" i whisper to eden and she laughs "yea" she says while nodding "stay on facetime with me, i'm waiting for brooks to make it to atlanta because he fucking overslept and left three hours late and know i'm just waiting for him." she says and i giggle with eden "yea but your gonna watch our ASMR then" i say and she nods while breaking out in giggles "you go order the food and i'll stay here" i say and eden nods while grabbing her wallet and phone and going inside because it was surprisingly not busy for once. "i want to see your dorm" she says "we'll show you when we get back there but for now show me the apartment" i say and she flips her camera and starts showing me around the apartment "obviously we don't have much furniture but i have the studio space" she says as she shows me her photo shoot studio since she aspired to be a photographer and she started become a very good one in our home town and some very amazing clients aka our friend group. "if you don't have a room for me, i'm gonna throw hands bitch" i say and she giggles "of course i do bitch" she says and i giggle "it better be with you in the same bed" i say with a wink and she giggles "of course cutie, nothing better for you" she says and i blow her a kiss. then eden knocks on the window and i jump and indigo bursts out laughing over the phone, i unlock the door and i can slightly hear eden giggling outside and then she opens the door and crawls in the car and puts our food in the backseat. "next destination, home!" i yell as i hand my phone to eden and start driving. we get back to school and take a little walk around our house, we live in east house so we sit at a table and eat while still talking to indigo and showing her around campus a bit. we finish eating and then head to our dorm "we need food" i say and eden laughs while nodding. so we quickly show indigo the room before we hang up because we were tired and brooks finally got there. i brush my teeth and turn on some american horror story and fall asleep.
