👑Chapter 6: Match Pt.1

Y/N POV

I walk back to school after those mess.

"Oh Y/N your here" Kiyoko smiled at me
"Hey Kiyoko hey Ya-Chan"
"Hey Y/N-Chan" we greeted each other

"So how do you like the club Ya-Chan?" I ask her
"I'm still warming up to them but I think I'll join, just seeing them so passionate make me so excited" she replied with a smile
"Yay I'm so so happy" I hugged her, feeling super excited. We handed Kiyoko our club application paper.

As we discuss about the club, someone barged into the gym breathing heavily, it was Takeda-sensei

"It's decided we're going to have a practice match against the top four school in the prefecture"
"Aoba Johsai High school"

Everyone was shocked, I was too how the heck did we get an opportunity to play against a powerhouse school

"You didn't beg did you sensei?" The captain ask
"No no I'm good at it but I didn't do it this time, But they do have a condition, Kageyama-kun will have to play setter for the entire game"

......

"Ahh we also have something to announce" Kiyoko said gaining the boys attention
"These two here will officially joined as the volleyball club manager" she said smiling brightly

Tanaka and the dude with yellow streak in his hair started to weeps on the floor with happy tears.

"Y-Yachi Hitoka des"
"Yo Y/N Ishikki" we introduced ourselves to the team, and they introduced themselves.

(Time skip)
I walked home after practice, I tried to remember what to prepare for tomorrow practice match I suddenly got a slight headache, it was from the girl who pulled on my hair earlier on today.

"Tch what a shitty day" I said pissed off
"For a little girl like you, you sure has a foul mouth" someone said behind me, I turn my head to see the beanpole with his friend Tsukishima and Yamaguchi
"And what does that have to do with you?"
"Relax no need to get angry with me, we're a team after all" he said smirking at me, oh how I wish to slap that smirk off his face.
"Don't you have a house to go home to why are you still wandering around here?" He noticed how slow I walked
"Again what does that have to do with you, why are you in my business" I said lazily
"Tch Whatever"

Tsukishima Kei POV

I notice short stuff walking ahead of me, well more like dragging she's walking at a speed of a sloth. I don't want to admitted it but I might have a little feeling for her when we first met. B-but it's not like she's my type or I have a massive crush on her. It's getting dark so I decided to accompany her.

She's being extremely stubborn right now, I just want to make sure she get home safely, wait no I didn't mean that.

2nd POV

You got annoyed with the giraffe here so you decided to start a conversation with his friend
"Yo Yamaguchi is it? What position do you play"
"Tsk" the beanpole click his tounge annoyed at the fact that you ignore him to talk to his friend
"A-ah I'm a middle blocker/pinch server" the boy said
"Hmm that's nice"

Silence after that, you didn't know what to say, you three walk for a while
'are they following me home or something we been walking for a while now'

"Don't you have your own house to go to why are both of you following me home"
"I live in this area dumbo" he said looking away from you
"B-but Tsukki don't you live-"
"Shut up Yamaguchi" he said, the freckle boy looked down. You look at the beanpole pissed off even more, why is he so mean to his friend
"Respect your friend you giraffe, that said are you planning on staying at my house or something?" I ask him as we already arrived at my apartment complex

You took a bath after you eat dinner, looking down at your volleyball notebook 'Aoba Johsai huh?'. You spent all night researching about them, watching their matches you ended up sleeping at 3 a.m.

Beep Beep Beep

You woke up feeling woozy, your head was spinning you couldn't even walk straight

"Come on focus Y/N, big day today" you said slapping yourself with water, you got ready and head to school.

"Morning Y/N-Chan" you heard a familiar voice said
"Moornin" you manage to said
"You look horrible today is something wrong" Yachi ask
"nothibgijustdidntgetenoughsleep" you mumble stretching out trying to wake up.

You couldn't focus properly in class at all, your eyes were open but your head were just blank. The bell rang indicating that school is over for the day
"Are you sure your doing ok Y/N-Chan" Yachi ask worry
"Maybe you should go home early today"
"No, no I couldn't possibly do that" you smiled weakly at her 'This is our first practice match of the year, how can I miss this'. You both pack your thing and head to the gym. They all gather together and got on the bus. Hinata ended up throwing up on Tanaka on their way there. You all arrived after a while.

"Seeing Hinata throwing up made me feel even worse than earlier" you said leaning on Yachi, you face turn pale you can barely stand up.

"You should really rest for now Y/N-Chan, me and Kiyoko will handle everything" Yachi said brushing through my hair comforting me
"How about you sit here I'll get some medicine for you" She said
"I guess" you barely manage to say.

Yachi handed you a bottle of water and medicine, while you sit on the bench. You swallow the bitter pill,
"15 minutes warm up before the game start" a voice said. You sat with you head down trying to block out all of the sound. Concentrating only on your breathing, you do this when you don't feel well

"Five minutes, come get your jersey" a voice said, after 10 minutes you felt much better as you rest. You reached in to your bag
"Coach I have something for you" you gave the notebook with the notes that you wrote last night, you look up smile at him. You get up to stretch. The medicine you ate made you feel so much better

Y/N POV

I walk over to where Yachi and Kiyoko was. Kiyoko was helping the boys and Yachi was unpacking stuff. You saw the trays where the bottle is and decided to grab them.
"Y/N? Shouldn't you be resting right now? Kiyoko saw me and ask
"Y/N-Chan?" Yachi ask. The boys gather around me asking me if I was ok
"Guys guys I'm fine now, no need to fuss over this" I said giving them a reassure smile
"I'll fill up these bottle" I looked at Kiyoko and Yachi, they nodded back at me.

As I fill up the bottle i can hear chatter behind me, it sound like a bunch of girls squealing, I ignored it and continue to fill the bottle.

Oikawa Tooru POV

I walk to gym with a bunch of girls surrounding me they all try to talk to me at the same, I try to answer their question while smiling. In the corner of my eye I recognize a familiar figure, I looked over and it was the girl from yesterday. She's definitely is not from this school, as she wasn't wearing our uniform and I have never seen her around. What is she doing here?
