I was startled when I saw him, how could the guy I encountered this morning be attending the same school that I'm attending and on top of that we're in the same Class too. I guess I'll have to be careful to not cross path with him. When he saw me, he gave me a cold look and ignored me he then turned his attention to the guy sitting by him. I also ignored him and made my way to the seat at the far end of the class,I like to sit at the last corner of the class because you won't get noticed if you're sitting there. Our teacher entered shortly as I entered . He wrote something on the board for us to solve and It was under Simultaneous Equation. After some few moments, he said:
"Who would like to solve it for us" nobody was willing to raise his or her hand let alone stand up to solve the question. He started to become upset.
"Well since no one wants to solve it, I guess I will have to call out myself, the girl at the back come forward and solve it for us. He was pointing at me. Oh my gosh what is this , my palms began to sweat.
"Sir please are you referring to me?"
I asked
"If not you who again am I referring to, I've never seen you in my class before , are you a new student" The teacher whom I got to know was Mr. Atkins asked.
"Yes sir, I'm a transferred student"
I said, now the class attention snapped on me ,including the silver eyes guy.
"Okay tell us your name then"
Mr. Atkins said
"I'm McKenzie Hills"
I said, I didn't like the way I caught attention from the whole class at all
"Well then, Miss Hills come and solve the question for us"
I made my way to the teacher and took the marker from him and began solving the work. What saved me was that I was familiar with the topic so I didn't struggle to solve the question. I gave the marker to the teacher after I was done solving and I could see the amazed look on the students faces, and I could tell Mr. Atkins himself was amazed too but except for the silver eyed guy.
"Wow I didn't expect that you could solve the work soon easily, well done. Class give an applaud to Miss Hills"
Everybody clapped except for the silver eyed guy. It was like whatever that was happening in the class didn't bother him at all. I'm starting to dislike this guy.
"Go have your seat Miss Hills"
Mr. Atkins said
I went to my seat and sat down.
I think I will be crossing path with Mr. Iron face frequently from now on, hope everything goes well
I know that this chapter was very short but I'll make it up to u guys , anyway hope y'all are enjoying the story so far!!!!!
