Chapter - 9

Guys; I know, its been long since I updated my story.
Am really sorry for not updating.
The thing is, I had to take care of some stuffs at school, so I didn't get the time to update.

So let's do this.

McKenzie's POV

"Wow, ", I inhaled the cold breeze that swept across my face, " Today's weather is very nice ,don't you think,Sam"

"Yeah, I guess", Sam replied,we were on our way going to school, Sam is not that much of a fun of nature, but I really love nature , its so cool, I kinda love morning sunlight very much together with the cold breeze it brings along.

"Kenz, what was that in the cafeteria, you are very brave ,girl,the last thing I expected you to do was to slap Nick, and on top of that, bite him, girl, you've got some nerves, and I like that, but there is a problem"
" And what is the problem", I asked her
" The thing is, we won't have our own peace of mind from now on, Nick won't let this slightly pass"

" Ah,don't worry about that at all, as far as that brat can't kill me or harm me to the extent of my family losing their life and also losing you, am not afraid. But did you expect me to let him kiss me just like that!, he was even supposed to apologize to me , I wouldn't have forgiven myself, if I hadn't bit him and slapped him!"

" Kenz chill OK, that wasn't what I meant,I was only trying to let you know what will be coming our way  from now on,but you really bit him hard, did you see the blood on his lips, oh gosh! , he was somewhat bleeding from your bite, I think he will remember you, whenever he sees the cut on his lips", Sam said, sounding like she just witnessed something fascinating.

Yeah, he will surely learn his lesson, I wanted to even peel off the skin on his lips with my teeth,he is fortunate that I only bit him. I smirked evilly of my dirty thoughts.
" what in the world are you thinking of , Kenz,that's making you make that kind of evil face."
" oh its nothing"
" OK, whatever,let's go to school," Sam said while rolling her eyes.
But did I bite him that hard , no, he deserved it though, I don't give a damn to what he is going to do, after all , I can also at least fight with my mouth.

Sam and I was at our usual spot in the cafeteria eating our food when two guys came to join us, I looked up at them, only to see Nick and his friend Ace, I nearly threw up the food in my mouth, I turned to look at Sam, seems like an not the only one surprised.

" Hey McKenzie", Ace said smiling wide at me, revealing his white teeth.
" hey, " I responded back, not knowing why they are here. Ace's eyes shifted from me to Sam, I guess I have to do introduction.
" Erm, Ace, this is Samantha, Sam, this is Ace, "I said this while gesturing my hands, as to represent who is who. They both nodded at each other. As for Nick, he was just sitting there,like a lost sheep. I turned to look at Ace.
" If I may ask, why are you at our table"

" do you own this spot", Nick answered, daring me to speak, but am not going to do or say what he wants me to do, but I was not even talking to him ,in the first place, this guy has to learn to mind his own business.
He was staring at me, waiting for a reply, and I guess, Sam and Ace to was looking at Nick and I.

" OK then, Sam , let's find a different spot to finish our food", I took my tray and stood up, Sam also did the same, Nick was watching my every move, and am feeling uncomfortable right now with his stare, Ace was about to say something, but Nick stopped him. I searched for some empty  seats with my eyes, but it seems, am too unfortunate today,all the seats were occupied, like seriously!, how can all the seats be occupied like that!, I tried to find a place for us again, but to no avail, I lowered my head in defeat.

I hope you know the situation which,you actually want to get away from someone, but you've tried as possible as you can , but there is no way out, that's what just happened to me, I turned and looked up at Sam and shook my head sadly, she nodded and sat down, I also sat down, Nick was proud that he won, probably,  Ace and Sam began to chat.

" So McKenzie, can I also be you and Samantha's friend?, please. Ace asked me,
I nodded my head and smiled at him, " thank you",and he continued his conversation with Sam, I didn't pay attention to them, God knows what alone they were talking about.

Me on the other hand was trying my very best to finish my food, as fast as I could, so that I can get away from Nick, but the spices and pepper in the Fried rice wasn't helping at all, I didn't even get the chance to enjoy my Favorite food, sake of Nick, he and Ace wasn't eating, and I don't even know why they came here in the first place. Nick was staring at me,

" Easy, easy, do you want to get choked", Nick began to tease me, I glared at him and continued with my food.

It seems its going to be tougher for me to get away from Nick than I expected.

So as I said , I will be dedicating a chapter to those who vote and comment on my book. So this book is dedicated to Sweetelle33 and aesthetic_nerd16, I will be dedicating a chapter to two people at a time, so the rest, wait for yours.
