Claws, Teeth, Paws and Meat

Chapter 2

The two wolves held eachother for a moment before Matthew let go first "I feel a lot better now because of that..." Then he noticed the big bags against the wall near the door and started to walk over towards them. These must be mine, since everyone else's stuff has a place already.  Legoshi couldn't help but perk up at the sight of Matthew's wagging tail, causing his own to come alive, his ears pointed and his lips pulled into a smile. Wow, there's a white line going down the underside of his tail...I wonder if it means that his as- No No No I'm not going to entertain that! "I'm glad...I-I was going to explain how hugging or touching someone of the same species brings you a lot of comfort but I guess thats something you already know?" Legoshi asked while going to grab his phone to text Jack that Matthew was up but mainly as a reason not to stare at him.

Matthew raised a hand behind his head and scratched, and gave Legoshi an apologetic look "Yeah I did... but to actually experience it, I nearly forgot so thank you for the reminder" I don't know if that's all it was or if my gay ass is already falling for him, I don't want to be another Juno for him though, even if I'm here first...I dont think he could handle two. If this goes the way I think it will then he's not even gay. "N-no problem, you're probably going to need that for class if you're taking biology"
Legoshi turned on his phone and pulled up his and Jack's messages.

Legoshi: Hey Matthew's awake and up

Jack: Oh thats his name! Awesome I'll still be down here for a bit but I'll meet up with you guys after! Was he okay when he woke up?

Legoshi was almost about to say that he'd explain later but quickly realised that he couldn't. I'm going to have to keep this secret as well as what happened at the fountain? Aghh what am I going to do?

Legoshi: He was a bit confused but was fine after I told him what happened, he's a bit embarrassed...

Legoshi: That sounds good though! :D

Jack: Awwww poor guy :( I'll cheer him up with a hug! Before he gets too used to your quiet ass ;) I'll text you when I'm leaving!

Legoshi couldn't help but giggle at that "Hey whats got you laughing?" Matthew  asked with a smile in his voice, starting to open one of his bags "Just Jack asking about how you are and messing with me, O-oh don't worry I didnt tell him anything!" "Thanks Legoshi, I don't like that I've put that on you but its just until I get an idea of whats actually going on and if it matches up with what I think is going on" He explained, the smile in his voice gone as quick as it came.

I'm going to have to get him to tell me what he thinks is going on... "E-Ah it's okay, this must be all really confusing for you" ...he said that a lot of shit is coming our way but he never said what exactly. Legoshi put his phone down and went over to the wolf and crouched beside him. Matthew started to go through his bag to see what his supposed parents packed for him. Oh I better tell him "Since you dropped a big truth bomb like that...Th-then I think I should tell you now that I uhh went through your bag last night so if you're looking for your medicine bag i-it's here" Legoshi reached into the carrier gym bag and sheepishly pulled out a medicine bag, pouting with his ears flattened back against his fluffy head he handed it to Matthew.

All Matthew could do was stare at the bag now in his hands "So...this is mine?" "Ah uh-hh ye-yeah! Im sorry! You were just knocked out and they said they g-gave yo-" Matthew wrapped a hand around Legoshis snout, closing it shut gently and gave a reassuring look to the wolf "Legoshi I know, you told me already don't be stressing! What I mean is its just weird because I don't even have a clue what's in this or what's in any of these bags" He took his hand off his snout and pet his head "So I don't mind that you went through them realistically I should be saying thank you, especially when you were looking to see if you could help rather than just being nosy"
