Things Change

Legoshi walked away leaving Matthew with Louis, he couldn't help but take a different perspective on the deer after what Matthew said. He is beautiful... I guess its something I've always thought but didn't pay attention to? I would like to be a lot closer with him but do I want to be that close? Legoshi continued his line of self questioning as he walked out of the hall only to be interrupted when bumping into a small white rabbit. Legoshi nearly fell over her but caught himself on the wall while Haru staggered back almost hitting the floor, when Legoshi realised who he had nearly catapulted down the corridor he felt blood rush to his face.

"Hey be careful, not all of us are walking buildings!" Haru laughed out when she regained her balance, Legoshi could only stand there, the memory of their last two interactions hitting him like a train, the bandages on her arm sending a wave of guilt crashing over him, making him stutter before apologising perfusly, unbeknownst to her for everything "Agh! Im so sorry Haru! Ah-are you okay!? I didn't mean to hurt you!" Haru giggled as she walked to him and gave him a nudge "Theres a lot more to this little rabbit than you'd think Legoshi" It was when she got close that Legoshi payed attention to the scent coming from her. Louis... its a lot stronger on her, wait what's that oth- Agh! I shouldn't know that!

Legoshi backed up from the rabbit, Haru gave him a quizzical look but didn't pry as to why he did "Where are you off to Legoshi?" Legoshi found it relieving to have a normal interaction with her for once, normal in comparison anyway "I-Ah was just walking Matthew to Louis' office, they're talking about his role in the drama club" A big smile came over Haru "Oh cool thats his name! I was actually just on my way to Louis in hopes of seeing him!" Legoshi was surprised by that. Why would she want to see him? Also...she's comfortable talking about being around Louis... But then why did she do THAT in the shed with me that time? Are they together or not!? The questions he didn't have answers for zoomed through his mind before he realised he hadn't said anything in response "O-Oh they're just after going in there, Louis said he doesn't know how long its gonna take so I was told not to wait for him..."

Haru picked up on the sadness in his voice towards the end of his words. Either Louis was typical Louis and gave Legoshi a hard time or.... he already misses his new friend, maybe even both? I better cheer this pup up "Well in that case, why don't we go get some food while we wait?" Legoshi couldn't help his tail beginning to sway "Y-Yeah sure, i-if you want to that is" Haru raised an eyebrow "I'm the one who asked you Legoshi" Legoshi facepalmed in embarrassment "Sorry, sure let's go" They started to make their way down towards the canteen. Poor wolf...

The canteen was now serving dinners, Legoshi again was happy that it was the weekend so there was no need to worry about a lot of students giving him and Haru looks and whispers about what was going on, only just a few "Ugh ignore them Legoshi they're just judgemental assholes" Haru said placing her tray of steamed vegetables and noodles on the table. Legoshi blocked it out like he always did, setting his bean steak and chopped vegetables on the table. He noticed she had to sit on her knees on the chair and took off his uniform blazer, folded it and gave it to her "It'd be more comfortable to sit on your knees with this" Haru hopped off the chair and placed the soft blazer on the seat before resting herself on it again "You're right! Thank you Legoshi"
Haru dug straight into her food but Legoshi could only stare at her.

How is she so comfortable around me? She was just attacked by me...well she doesn't know that it was me but still a big carnivore nonetheless! She's so small, soft and kind while I'm giant rough and scary...I dont know what I'm doing! Maybe I could run? I could say that Jack needs me! No I can't... Matthew talked about her earlier so things should work out, shouldn't they?... Argh I hate this!
