MYB '17- Elis

Many weeks have passed no'ng nalaman ko about Xavier. And in that week naiilang at natatakot ako kapag lumalapit sya. Minsan kapag magkakasama kami, lumalayo ako minsan tumatanggi na akong sumabay.

I don't know pero natatakot ako. I can't tell this naman to Aira kasi baka madulas sya, in my parents? Of course not ayokong mag-alala sila, Especially not to Jayvan, he's Xavier's bestfriend ayokong magkasamaan kami ng loob. Next month birthday na nya and that day also will end us apart.

Pero hindi ko pa 'yun iniisip.

Gusto kong makilala si Xavier ng husto he's my childhood friend after all.

Nasa kwarto ako ngayon nakahiga. Staring at the ceiling.
*knock*knock*

I stopped thinking when I heard a knock.

"Come in!" I shout and nag-indian sit.

"Did I disturb you?" With that voice, napangiti ako. At mabilis na tumakbo papuntang pintuan.. I miss her so much..

"Elis!!!!" I screamed with excitement then hugged her tight.

"Hindi mo din ako namiss noh?!" Natatawang sabi nya. We went in my bed at umupo.

Umuwi kasi si Elis sa kanila kasi nagkasakit ang mommy nya. Nakakamiss sya. She's like an ate to me. I have one but... nevermind.

"Why sad face?" Nakalimutan ko na nandito pala si Elis na out of place ng utak ko eeh..

"Nothing.. ahm.. how's your mom na? Is she okay na? You'll stay here na again?" Sunod sunod kong sagot.

"Namiss din kita..okay na naman sya. Alam mo, miss ko na yung pipili ng damit sayo, gigisingin ka, tutulungan sa assignments mo." She said but I saw tears fell from hers.

"Why so emo?.. I miss that too..your here na kaya. Don't cry na." Natawa kami pareho. Maybe Elis will help me.

"Can I share to you something?? I can't share kasi to anyone." I asked.

She look at me clueless.

"Sure.. what is it?"

"Remember my childhood friend when I was 3 years old? I met him just last month he is the bestfriend of my boyfriend which is Jayvan.. and one day I overheard him talking with someone like they have an evil plan.. like sa mga kidnappers in the movie? ...it's creepy but I got afraid to him."

Napatango na lang si Elis she knows why I'm afraid. I hope she'll help me.

"I know.. kung bakit ka nagkakaganyan. But by the way alam ba ito ni Jayvan?"

Umiling ako.

"You know. Their bestfriends."
