EXT. THE EDEN PROJECT, CORNWALL - AFTERNOON

Sympathetic navigator DCI HARRIET GREENWAY is arguing with articulate swordsman LORD ROB ROCKATANSKY. HARRIET tries to hug ROB but he shakes her off.

HARRIET
Please Rob, don't leave me.

ROB
I'm sorry Harriet, but I'm looking for somebody a bit more brave. Somebody who faces her fears head on, instead of running away.

HARRIET
I am such a person!

ROB frowns.

ROB
I'm sorry, Harriet. I just don't feel excited by this relationship anymore.

ROB leaves.

HARRIET sits down, looking defeated.

Moments later, courageous teacher DR POLLY FISH barges in looking flustered.

HARRIET
Goodness, Polly! Is everything okay?

POLLY
I'm afraid not.

HARRIET
What is it? Don't keep me in suspense...

POLLY
It's ... a sea monster ... I saw an evil sea monster terrify a bunch of swimmers!

HARRIET
Defenseless swimmers?

POLLY
Yes, defenseless swimmers!

HARRIET
Bloomin' heck, Polly! We've got to do something.

POLLY
I agree, but I wouldn't know where to start.

HARRIET
You can start by telling me where this happened.

POLLY
I was...

POLLY fans herself and begins to wheeze.

HARRIET
Focus Polly, focus! Where did it happen?

POLLY
Miami Beach! That's right - Miami Beach!

HARRIET springs up and begins to run.

EXT. A ROAD - CONTINUOUS

HARRIET rushes along the street, followed by POLLY. They take a short cut through some back gardens, jumping fences along the way.
