Daisuke who Reach for Haru

Kambe Shigemaru and Sayuri wait for Kambe Daisuke and Yuki to come to his residence which is now occupied by Kanbe Suzue and her mother. Daisuke came alone to the control room where Shigemaru, Sayuri and Suzue were waiting. Their expressions varied, with Sayuri and Suzue putting on sad faces, and Shigemaru wincing with both arms folded.

"What's wrong now, Daisuke?" The black man fell silent. "You know, that we can't trace Haru's whereabouts in the past three days after I heard from HEUSC that you guys were arguing again in your own black car?"

Daisuke frowned. "I was about to explain everything to Haru, but he-"

"Don't blame Haru, Daisuke." The black man looked up at his father. "Tell me when you don't need him and don't love him anymore."

Daisuke widened his eyes. "We'll cut all our ties with the Katou family according to Haru's wish before."

"I didn't say that!"

Daisuke winced as Shigemaru just waited silently for the sequel. "I didn't... say that."

"Then you put your frustration and disappointment with Haru more than your relationship? Isn't that what you told Sagara about Suzue and now you're doing it yourself?"

Daisuke widened his eyes and knew it was his own fault. Selfishness about the frustration and disappointment he felt, brought the problem to the way it is today. He let that ego take over rather than the attention from Haru that brown man gave him. Nor did he tell Haru the truth about how he felt about him.

"Why didn't you tell the truth from the start, Daisuke?" The black man looked up at Shigemaru. "You guys can finish it faster than it has to be like this."

Daisuke frowned. "I know. I know I was wrong."

Sayuri who was silent finally made a voice. "Daisuke." The black man looked at his mother now. "What else do you need?" Daisuke widened his eyes. "Haru's lack of attention to you? Lack of affection for you?"

Daisuke averted his gaze. "I-"

"If you feel disappointed because Haru still doubted your feelings and saw you were reluctant to continue the relationship with him, you can make the doubts disappear from him." Daisuke widened his eyes looking at his mother now. "You can do that, right?"

Daisuke clenched his hands. "I can do it."

Shigemaru and Sayuri let out a sigh of relief. The two of them glanced at each other before Shigemaru made another sound.

"Now what are you going to do, Daisuke?"

He looked at his father who asked him. "Haru's condition is still bad with his broken arm, he didn't eat anything the day he was injured, and three days ago he just disappeared." Daisuke frowned.

"Was this your wish from the start, to see Haru die?"

"Father!"

Daisuke clenched his hands again. "I... don't want Haru to die."

"Then why are you acting like you made him choose to die?"

Daisuke widened his eyes again. "I, made Haru choose to die?"

"What's the conclusion if Haru just disappeared? We got lots of questions from the police about Haru's disappearance when you refused to answer and explain."

Daisuke lowered his head and the room fell silent again. Suzue also made a voice while gently stroking Daisuke's back.

"Stop right there, Shigemaru-san, Sayuri-san."
