we all sat around the coffee table, Matt and Mike to the side with the cookie plate still, Jolene and beth sat up on the sofa leaning close to the table, harry and Towens on chairs by the side and myself and benny sat on one of the cosy sofa cushions cuddled up tightly as we set up the board and dished out the colourful paper money, I was already prepared for the arguments and rioting between everyone that this game would cause. I mean we have all seen what they all get like with chess god only knows what'll happen in monopoly. We had decided to work in a pairs and soon enough the first arguments,
"I wanna be the little dog!" beth complained
"Noo we wanna be the puppy" Matt complained
"I don't care what we are so long as it's not the iron," Harry said
"Beth, why don't you be the iron?" Benny suggested
"What because I'm a girl!" beth complained
"No, No," He told her
"I would also like to be the small silver dog" Towens added
"Not everyone can play as the dog," Benny told them
"Okay I know how to solve this" I sighed getting up and getting some chess pieces from the board "Beth and Jolene you the black queen, Harry and Towens you play as the black king, Matt and mike you play and the white king and me and benny will play as the white queen" I smiled putting them all on the start of the board
"I wanted to be the race car" Benny sighed
