~ChapterTwenty-Three~

            I really hope this aint for us. Two innocent defenseless girls. Me and Tia starred  at eachother for a while not sure what was the meaning of this. I decided  to get it over with it.

       I took a deep breath and stepped out grabbing my purse. Walking up the driveway I was now aware of the pain from my head I was feeling.

  The adrenaline rush came down and I felt like complete shit. They watched us limp up the driveway silently.

                  "Hey girls!" My brother Dontè said patting both of us on the backs hard.

                   "Heyy." We replied  weakly. I wish he would stop touching my shoulders I thought to myself.

                 "Soo we just got a call."

                 "And?" Tia asked.

               "I guess you guys really gave Reese the ass whooping of his life because now we're hearing he got hits out for you two and now he fucking with you so now its war for all of us."

               "Don we didn't mean to start no war we just was defending someone who we thought was our friend." I told him truthfully.

              "Jay you good?" A deep voice came from behind  touching my back. I turned around to see my baby Bibby. I was so glad to see him. I put my arms around him for a hug and he let me.

             "Okay enough of that shit we got bigger problems. If we going to war we need the best niggas out here and if it comes down to it Fredo gonna have to be down with Reese."

                "Fredo won't choose he would just be neutral."

                "Maybe but if anything we prepared. " Some random ass nigga said. I just looked at him.

                  2 Days Later

          Getting up early to go to school was a pain in the ass. I had to get up a little earlier than usual so I could have enough time to apply makeup to my "battle scars".

  On my way to school  my nerves where shot to an all time high. I hope Lexxi didn't  look so bad.

  I havent talked  to her since the incident at Reese's house. Tia said she dont think Lexxi is mad at us she just need some space.

             Pulling into the parking lot I saw me, and Tia got here  at the same time. I looked over at her smiling. I got out the car and waited for her to come out.

                  "Goodmorning!" She said so cheerful. Lately Tia's been nothing but smiles and giggles.

                    "Morning."  We walked up to see the squad sitting there talking. Bout time we reached they all got quiet and just stared.

                  "Heyy guys." Tia exclaimed. She was met with blank stares and a dry hey from Justin.

                "Come on guys." Lexxi announced heading to the door. Her little puppies went following after her. Renee looked back at us with a sad looked  and gave us a half smile.

                  "Wow can you believe this shit Tia!"

                 "Girl if I hadn't seen it." I shooked my head and made my way to the door. Tia and I parted ways. Time to go to perid A that I have with Lexxi.

            The rest of the day went by with Me, and Tia by ourselves. Nobody wanted to be around us except nosey ass people asking us what happend with us, and Lexxi. We aint have to do much talking it seemed like Lexxi told it all and some!

            During my last period I got a text from Bibby saying he wants to talk to me after school.

             "So you said you wanted to talk?" I asked Bibby staring into his light eyes. I really hated hearing those words because usually someone always had something bad to say when they said it.

           He moved in closer to me on my brothers' couch so he could put his hand under my chin. At that moment I didn't know if i should pass out or puke.

          "Jay you know that I really like you and I wanna take things further but I don't know if we should."

           I waited for him to continue but he didn't. I smiled a little at the fact he said he really like me because I like him too.

      For the first time it felt real. Many boys had said it to me but most of them were after me for one thing, and like a fool I would fall for it every time.

        When I turned 17 I started seeing everything clearly. I saw right pass all the games and bs. I was smart enough to realize that no matter how much male attention I was getting I was still lonely.

       It took lots of time and Tia, and Lexxi to help me figure out I was worth much more, and A real man will show me that when the time was right.

          "Jadia some times I be so sure about us then I see you and Fredo together and its Like everyone can tell yall got some shit between you."

         "Bibby Ima admit there is something with me and Fredo but there is something between me and you." I told him.

  I really wanted to start something new with Bibby but I also wanted to know would Fredo, and I ever be something more?

          "He after you for the wrong reasons there's alot that go on you aint know about and I dont wanna be the one to tell you but just watch out for that nigga."

  Hearing that made me feel uneasy what could Bibby possibly know about Fredo that I didn't.
