The day Scarlett came into Legend's room pink-faced and panting for breath was the day everything changed for Legend.  As if they hadn't already changed so many times since the day he was born.

Anyways, Scarlett ran into Legend's room.  Legend was getting ready to pack his bags and move out of the palace, away from it all.

Scarlett told him a long story about Tella and Jacks.  At first he didn't want to hear it, but he heard the words "love spell" and "run away".

"Legend, it's not Tella's fault.  It's Jacks'.  He put a love spell on her and they're preparing to run away.  Legend, you have to stop them.  If you care about Tella at all.  If you really hate Jacks so much, then do it," Scarlett said.

Legend looked stunned for a moment, but he believed her.  He wanted to save Tella and destroy Jacks, but the problem was his immortality.  He didn't exactly want to be immortal, but he didn't love Tella anymore.  He simply couldn't.

Legend didn't even realize how much he missed Tella until he was full sprint toward Jacks.  He may have been immortal, but that didn't mean he didn't have feelings.

Jacks and Tella seemed to be in no hurry, as they were patiently waiting for a boat.  Legend was horrified to see Jacks slip a ring onto Tella's finger.  His worst nightmare.  If Tella had bound her heart to Jacks, the only way to sever it would be to cut open his chest.  To kill him.

That was it.  Legend was going to kill Jacks.  That way, he'd never bother anyone again.  Especially not his Tella.

His Tella.  The way he thought it sounded so weird.  Did he love her?  Could he love her?  There were just so many unanswered questions.

Legend slowly approached Jacks.  Tella looked at him and her face twisted into a frown.  She whispered something to Jacks and he immediately turned towards him.  His face glowered at him.  "Good luck trying to save her now, you incapable immortal," Jacks said under his breath.

Even though Tella's face was full of hate toward him, Legend couldn't help but want to love her more and more.  And he meant every word when he said, "Tella, I love you."
