As soon as I finished eating, I immediately went out to help with the decorations.
Reece and the others that were in charge supervised us of course. The theme of the decorations were all in the shade of green since that is the school's color. And this program was also a fund-raising event based on what they told me so everything had to be perfect.
They just informed us about this while we are halfway done with the decorations. Mabuti na lang ay enough naman ang seats na prinepare namin for the guests.
"Is the carpet okay?" I heard Reece asked the people currently doing the final touches for the stage set up.
I was just below the stage, trying to fix the ends of the dark green carpet that we hang on the front side of the stage.
"Sis, help your friend." Reece told Kashka when I saw her pass by in the corner of my eye.
Kashka nodded as she sat beside me and even pushed off my shoulder for a little. Probably to annoy me pero hindi ako nagpatinag. Instead, I just smiled at her and moved to another section of the stage when she continued to do the place where I was at.
After all, we're childhood bestfriends.
"One more guys. Last na 'to then maghihintay na tayo sa waiting room." Sky said to the others through his mic. They were having a rehearsal and this was going to be their last one after rehearsing for two times. They had some changes regarding their songs. Now they will perform three songs since sila ang last na magpeperform sa mga magiintermission number.
The auditorium chairs were originally 100 seats in the first floor, but we put down 20 seats and covered the remaining using a light gray cloth.
"You know, I miss this feeling." Kashka suddenly mumbled to herself. "Since you're in the music club, maririnig na ulit kitang tumugtog." Now she was facing me as she said those words with a sad smile in her face.
If ever na I am really a member of the club, then I still have the time to transfer clubs.
That's right, I'll request for a transfer in club.
A person in charge suddenly shouted for all of us to hear.
"Hi Alyssa!" Ian greeted me as soon as I entered the backstage.
