This was written with my fab friend, Denny, who had the finished dream that only spread out to, like, chapter one, so we’re winging it! Logan’s POV is me, and Amber’s is Denny typing. Enjoy!

Amber’s POV

So, we were planning to meet up at lunch to confront Sebastian and Ciel. I am hoping that Logan will forget about doing this. I mean, one demon versus two with a human bystander, which will most likely witness her best friend’s DEATH! Logan-Tara or whoever she is at this point walked up to me and said…

“OH My GOD, this is so exciting- oh wait this is really dangerous why did I let you talk me into this? Oh wait I’m the one who talked you into this…aw crap.” “You’re going to get one or both of us killed…but… if you’re going to do this, so am I. We’re a team and we don’t walk out on each other. Right, Tara-Logan whoever you are?” “Logan. I’m Logan. Just…Logan”

We were at lunch and Logan still hadn’t walked out on the idea of confronting Sebastian and Ciel. What am I going to do with her?

Logan’s POV

I took a deep breath as my eyes landed on Ciel. “Okay…this is it! Ready, Amber?” I looked at my friend, who seemed lost in her thoughts. Probably for the best. I got up from my seat and made my way to the young Earl, who technically wasn’t “young” anymore.

Or an Earl, for that matter.

He looked up at me, an amused look on his face. “To what do I owe the honor?” I glared at him, holding back a growl. “Save it. I know who and what you are, and I know what this chocker is!” Ciel smirked. “How did you even get a hold of this?” He didn’t reply, which made me angry.

“Answer me! How did you get the chocker?” “You do not know everything about Latara.” He stated simple. “Of course I do!” I barked. “She’s my OC!” “No, she isn’t.” Ciel raised his voice slightly, but not enough to draw attention to us.

“Latara used to be one of my maids. Even though we never made a contract, she protected me with her life. When she went missing, I vowed to find her. I owe her that much.” My breath caught in my throat, and I shook my head. “That’s impossible! Latara’s only 23, you “died” in 1889!” Ciel chuckled lightly. “As you can see, I am alive.” He looked up at me, and his eye flashed fuchsia, before returning to normal.

“As for age, Latara is twenty three, yes, but she’s a sorceress. Time Travel is not that difficult for her. For you.” I closed my eyes and shook my head again. “I’m not Tara! Your demon did something to this chocker, therefore did something to me!” Ciel shrugged, before glancing around the room. “We should discuss this somewhere private.” I hesitated for a few moments, but the nodded slowly.

“Okay.”

Amber’s POV

When I was done daydreaming I watched as Tara walked out with Ciel who was being followed by Sebastian. So, me being the suspicious “Denny” that I am, followed them. They stopped in the gathering space in front of the church. Tara said something I couldn’t quite understand, then Ciel asked, “Why here?” Oh my God, she’s not a complete idiot…but she’s still an idiot. “I understand; in a holy place our abilities will be nullified.” Said Sebastian. Then they entered the Church and I almost had a heart attack. Two demons and Tara in a holy place. I then went in the church and spied from the choir balcony.

Logan’s POV

I had faintly heard someone behind us, and I was sure Ciel and Sebastian had sensed them as well. I wasn’t worried, though. God, Amber, you’re going to get yourself killed!
