It was you.
And today, you will not deny it.
You broke me into a thousand pieces,
and then spread them through the Earth,
and watched as innocent people cried,
as they witnessed my pain.
You were in pain,
and you took in out on me.
A helpless child,
who knew not better.
Your words, your actions, your lies,
I should have realized.
You called me the worst of words,
you did the worst of things.
Your mouth was so disgusting
and so full of deceit.
You gave me reasons to cry,
and give me reasons to see,
that this world will never be fair,
and this world will never be free.
You said I was worthless,
you said I was useless,
you blamed me for your actions,
you thought I was too weak.
It was so much,
I had no more tears to cry.
Your words became nothing,
except a memory.
Your words hurt me.
I thought I wouldn't make it.
You never listened,
you never cared,
you never wanted me to be here.
Shame be upon you,
for being the reason
that I bled.
For being the reason,
that I became so heartless.
For being the only reason,
that I decided,
I was a disappointment.
But let it be known,
that I'm stronger today.
And let it be known,
that while you broke me,
I healed.
And let it be known,
that I have found purpose.
And let it be known,
I am a better person than you will ever be.
And let it be known,
that because of you, dear adversary,
I became who I am today.
The woman,
who will stand up for her beliefs.
The woman who is not afraid
to get revenge.
But finally,
let it be known,
that I will forgive everyone who ever hurt me,
but I will not forgive you.
And even though I may forgive,
I will never forget.
Today, you will watch as I arise,
with scars of the broken.
But you will see someone healed,
with memories to witness.
And you will watch as,
The Queen will rise again.
