TKEM Through My Eyes

First Impressions

Tae-Eul is in her car, traffic was awful. Before she could recover from her shock upon seeing a person looking like her in the rear-view mirror, She saw a white horse in the middle of the road. Lee Gon was discovering things.. And he is simply looking around to figure out where he is..  He hears a voice behind him   "Excuse me, sir! The man on the horse !!"

He is not actually listening to what she is saying.. He can only think that the person that he had waited so long to find, The person he had seen in the ID card, the only evidence his savior left that Treason night.  

When he takes long strides towards her..she leans back..looking at him. He takes her ID in his hand and see for himself.. Still she looks at him..steady gaze.

"What do you think you are doing right now?"

"Finally I have met you, Jeong Tae-eul lieutenant."   and before she could process it in her mind, He pulled her for a hug. (BGM  In your eyes..I saw our fate.. An extraordinary attraction that you can't deny, gravity..!! The feel of LG is conveyed through that song) he needs to embrace her for him to feel that she is right in front of him.. the longing ends and he is still processing, coming terms with what's this fatal encounter. She was shocked and her hands are open.. not hugging him back. She allowed herself to be hugged for a moment before pushing him away.

Pushing him away-

"What are you doing? Are you out of your mind? Can't you see my ID, I'm police officer, what are you doing?"

"It's a greeting.. because, I was happy to see you.. "  with earnest he continues..  "So, you were across the universe. You really existed."   She was confused.. And with a sign of relief, he asked mischievously,  "After 25 years, you're still lieutenant."  And now she checks her ID card it says that rank is on the back of her card. Asking-

"How do you know my rank?"

"I have been watching you for a long time . Although you may not believe me - "   

"If you knew I wouldn't believe you, why would you say such bullshit?"

She was confused and completely taken aback.. And he looks calm and collect and replying to her questions in his own way, made him look like a more terrible man.  The way he asks her to take him to Queen and his speech was so annoying to her. And he also tease her by asking "Did you not study science?" when she seemed not to understand about parallel universe. She was completely irritated and calls him half-crazy bastard. 

At the police station

When she couldn't find his identity from his finger prints, he says that two worlds aren't exactly the same. Like how he din exist in her world, she din exist in his world.. And furthermore adds that he had her photo and that's his only lead. She then recalls the way he had addressed her from the moment they met first.. "Finally I've met you" & asks him why

"Do you know me?"

"I was curious about you, and I thought about you a lot. You also look better in real life. That young man is the Captain of the Royal Guards in my world. Some people don't exist in both worlds, like you and me."

"So is this a parallel world? Prove it."

"The proof is right in front of you. I came from the other world."    This is a foresight. SJ is also the proof who is in front of her.

And then they stared at each other. (She forgot to ask after he stopped explaining about parallel world. She was feeling/sensing something else.. she is drawn to him.)

"Why... why do you look at me like that?"

"How else should you look at you?"  

She was wondering and trying to get a hold of herself, A part of her wants to believe him.. what he say.. But it all made no sense to her. So, she was mean to him.

He saying that his name can't be called by someone, he can't sit on the floor.. needs a cushion or a chair.. and asking her to place his watch above a paper.. all this makes her think he is crazy. 

When He explains her about quantum mechanics, she was passive listening.. Though he try hard to explain her, he finds that it din help her understand. She was keen on her work. She managed to get his DNA sample LOL! 

Later there's no need for her to accompany him.. after getting his DNA sample yet she does when he asks her to take him to a jewelry shop because she still wanna find who he really is. Curiosity. Also, helps him in selling the diamond.  When she gets a job call, and about to leave, he stops her saying don't go.. I have met you after 25 years.. I wish today is long day. She is wondering why.. He was playful few mins back and suddenly he is serious and sad. Curious about him. But she let it slide and put on her attitude. 

He wants to be with her.. after waiting for 25 years, he got to meet her that day. He let her go, din insist nor stopping her from leaving, He knew he can meet her as he knew where she lives and her details from Eun-sup.  

Tae-Eul is confused although a part of her thinks that he is not lying from the way he tells.. how sincere, earnest he is. She can't believe it.. it makes no sense to her. While, Lee Gon is happy that he found her. She existed..real. He clearly understands that what he is saying is hard for her to understand or take it. He tried his best to make her believe.
