I stifle a giggle as we slowly creep around several buildings before arriving at the one we want. The police station. When Gwen told me we would be sabotaging a police station, I about slapped her. But then her reasoning and ability to make any situation fun made me groan in acceptance. For one, she said that if we destroy the station, they'll have no where to take us if we get caught. I then responded with Arkham Asylum to which she rolled her eyes and said that we are minors so they couldn't do that. Secondly, she said might as well release the semi-crazies while we are at it. Meaning we would release the minor thugs at the police station awaiting bail. I just smiled and nodded, she truly was insane. So here we are, creeping around in every alleyway to get to the station. The glow of the lights inside showed us that there were people inside. We crept around the back and Gwen picked the lock on the back door. She was always good at that sort of thing thanks to her mother. I pulled out my hand gun and held it close at my side. Silently, we walked down the small corridor in the back of the building, checking each room for a) guards, b) money. Sadly, we didn't find any of either. They all must be at the front. We peeked around the corner at the end of the hallway to find 4 guards, all sitting or walking around with no purpose. I smiled evilly to Gwen and shook my gun. She nodded with amusement blazing in her eyes. I quietly cocked the gun then shot the first guard on sight. He fell dead to the ground with blood gushing from the hole in his head. I jumped out from my hiding spot behind the wall and shot another guard to my left. "Hello fellow Gothinians!" I yelled happily, not caring if that was a word or not. The police all fumbled with there guns as if they were looking death right in the eye. A police managed to pull his gun on me and shoot but I hopped out of the way and put a bullet through his head. "Tsk tsk" I say and shake my head. One guard left. I point my gun at his shaking figure. He instantly drops his gun and I smirk in satisfaction. "What, giving up already?" I say with fake innocents. He nods quickly and I scoff. "Like that's gonna stop me" I pull the trigger and watch his lifeless body fall to the floor. I snicker and turn towards Gwen who has freed every one from their cells. "Marah?" I hear a familiar voice say in disbelief. I turn around to find the idiot boy wonder standing next to the bat-freak. I mean seriously, who dresses up as a bat to fight crime? "How do you know my name?" I say, confusion taking over my face. Before he can reply, Gwen jumps on his back like an animal and tackles him to the ground. I burst out into laughter instantly as Robin struggles to push her off of him. Batman is preoccupied with the thugs we have released from their cages. Gwen manages to straddle Robin and pin his arms down at his sides. I smirk over him and say cockily "Lights out" before knocking him out with the heel of my shoe. While Gwen goes and distracts Batman, I pull out some matches from my pocket and a small container of gas. I spread the gas on the places I know fire won't catch on its own and throw a lit match on top. The flames burst up and instantly burn all the papers on the desk plus the wooden desk itself. I pull Gwen off the floor as the fire starts to spread quickly and run out the front door, laughing crazily with Gwen. "Well, that was fun" Gwen coughs out and I laugh again. We walk back to my place, talking about nothing in particular as we do. When we get inside, I plop down on the couch in exhaustion. "Phew!" I say and pretend to wipe sweat off my forehead. Gwen falls down on top of me and knocks the wind out of me. I push off her laughing body onto the floor and glare at her. "Marah is that you?" Joker calls down from upstairs. "Yes father!" I yell back. I hear him grunt in annoyance and I smile in pleasure. "Well I really should be getting home Mars" Gwen says as she pops open a can of coke. "Kk" I say and kiss her cheek goodbye. "See you later!" I say and she waves behind her before walking out the door. I sigh and fall back on the couch, wondering when on earth Jason will be back.
