"Finally! Bastard deserves it" Jason snorts.Marah glares daggers at him as Bruce elbows him.
"He's my father you idiot" Marah spits at him and he holds his hands up in surrender.
She looks at Bruce. "Can I go see him?"
Marah asks with determination laced in her voice.Bruce was about to object but Jason cut in. "Yes, you can" Bruce glares at him while Marah smiles.
Jason leans over to whisper in Bruce's ear. "She needs to see the real killer that he is" Bruce nods reluctantly and gets up to sign her out for a bit and get a wheelchair.

The back of Bruce Wayne's car on the way to Arkham Asylum was on the bottom of Marah's bucket list. Ever since she "lived" with the Joker and adapted his ways, she has been terrified of being sent to Arkham.
Joker had told her stories about the wretched place and she had vowed she would do everything in her power to never go there. But now, she is about to enter the one place she said she'd never go.
it was only a dream
They pulled up to the big gates and flashes of Joker's car bursting through them play through her mind. She slightly smiles.
it was only a dream my ass
Bruce parks and pops the trunk, pulling out Marah's wheelchair. Jason opens the back seat door and pulls Marah out, carrying her bridal style.
Memories of Jason doing this very thing, taking her upstairs, flood her mind. She hides a blush with her hair.
"You're dangerously light" Jason comments as he places her in the wheelchair. "Well no shit. I haven't moved in 12 years" She sassily replies and Jason rolls his eyes.
"God you guys are annoying" Bruce says and wheels Marah up to the doors of Arkham. The guard lets them through and Bruce signs them in.
The receptionist gives them a strange look when he says they are here to visit Joker but nonetheless signs them in. A guard takes them to a room where they are able to safely talk to him.
They all sit quietly before Marah speaks.
"Is it okay if I talk to him... alone?" she's asks with a hopeful look. Bruce and Jason look at each other before Bruce nods. "If that's what you want"
Jason and Bruce exit the room, leaving it deathly quiet. Marah's stomach twist into knots.
what if he doesn't remember me from 12 years ago? will he hate me? oh god this was a bad idea.
Marah starts to take deep breaths to calm herself down as the door opens.
The guard pushes him inside harshly and a sleepy looking Joker stumbles in. He growls at the guard before he sits down opposite of Marah at the table.
Marah couldn't help the giggle that escapes her lips at the tired state of her father.
His head snaps up to meet her eyes. "Hi daddy" she whispers and Joker's eyes go wide. "Marah? Is that you?" he asks with disbelief.
She nods her head with a small smile and Joker laughs happily. "I thought you were dead!" he exclaims and Marah laughs. "Nope I am fully alive!" she says.
