Bella's POV

2 tote bags and 1 suitcase later Teddy and I were exhausted.

"You sure are packing a lot of stuff." Teddy finally took notice in the extra amount of stuff.

"Well with my step family you never know what's going to happen. My stepmom will say we're going hiking and then half a second later change her mind and say we're going swimming. I want to be prepared for every possible activity when it comes to camping...just in case. I mean I wouldn't want to have to buy new things or barrow my step brothers swim trunks." We both laughed at that last part.

"And your brothers Sam, right?"

"Yup." I nodded.

"Mmm Hm." He hummed.

"How do you know them but they don't know you?" I asked.

I remembered how Teddy had told me how Chandler goes to his school.

It's hard to believe that's how we met. We met sitting at a bar. And he came up to me and ever since I first saw his smile I knew he would be a good friend. I mean I know it's too early to say for sure, but something about him just seems so pure. That's what it is. Every boy I've met since I've been here all carry some sort of darkness. But not Teddy, no Teddy just seems to be completely innocent.

"Bella, obviously you know nothing of Sam and Chandler," he shook his head and faced me. "Everyone knows them. They practically run the school. They're the coolest, and according to all the girls, the hottest guys there." He said.

"Oh." I said hardly surprised.

"Yeah, the group they hang out with is filled with a bunch of prissy little white boys that have money and are good looking and have a need to run around and make out with every girl in the school...I mean, no offense or anything."

I almost laughed at how he thought I'd be offended by what he was saying.

"None taken, you basically just described Sam and Chandler." I laughed.

He chuckled.

"I know they're like that and I know they are popular. I just didn't know they were the most popular kids in school." I stared at my lap.

"Yeah, any girl in the school would kill to be in your position."

"Wait," I looked up at him confused. "Why?"

"Because you're Sam's step sister. Not only do you get to spend lots of time with Sam but with Chandler, too."

I shook my head at him. "That's stupid, Sam and Chandler are good looking but I don't think girls would want to be with them if they knew how they acted."

"But they do know, Bella. They know how much of an ass they both are. Everyone fucking knows it. But they don care." Said Teddy.

I looked at the ground.

"Well if it makes you feel any better, you're really good looking too." I grinned.

He looked at me and chuckled; flashing his gorgeous smile.

It's weird with Teddy, like he's so attractive but I'm not attracted to him. I feel like he's more like a best friend/brother. Teddy feels to me how I wish Sam felt to me.
