Part 14: Feild Trip pt.3

       Kurapika stood at the door way in utter shock at what he had just listened in on. He could only imagine the inappropriate and dirty acts the two boys would get up to. He didn't know how to react. Gon rushed over to him immediately after seeing him apologizing at what he just witnessed, he was also begging Kurapika to not tell anyone. Killua stood still where he had exited the stall with his head hung in shame and embarrassment. The time he had just spent with Gon was wonderful and he was preparing for it to be ruined by a stupid mistake. Kurapika finally spoke. "You two are the biggest idiots I have even met, what if someone else had walked in that wasn't me, you could have been suspended. The whole school would have found out." Kurapika scolded them. Gon and Killua were surprised that Kurapika wasn't disgusted with them because of the face he was making before. Kurapika yelled at the for a couple more minutes about how these two horny teens have to be more careful. "You two should have told me you were dating." Kurapika said ending his rant. "But... we aren't." Gon said rubbing the back of his neck. Kurapika looked puzzled, this was all the new information Kurapika could deal with so he left it at that and excited the bathroom.

       "Gon let's go." Killua told Gon beginning to leave the bathroom. Killua realized Gon wasn't following so he look back and his heart dropped. Gon was crying. Gon's knees buckled and he fell to the floor. His legs were too weak to hold him. "I'm s-sorry, it was my s-stupid mistake that got us in t-this mess." Gon muttered through tears. Gon was so scared when he saw kurapika. He was scared that Kurapika would defriend them and he had become so overwhelmed. Killua wrapped his arms around him pulling Gon's face into his chest. This was all he could do to comfort his friend in this moment. Killua hadn't seen Gon cry like this before, he was a genuinely always happy teen boy. A switch flipped in killua. 'I want to do everything I can to make sure Gon never cries or is hurt again.' The only thought that went through killua's head at this moment.

        Once Gon had calmed down they left the bathroom and headed for an empty table. Killua got Gon seated and he took out their lunches. As Gon began to eat Killua told him he would be right back and walked over to where Kurapika, Neon and a couple others were sitting. He pulled Neon aside and asked her something. It wasn't long till Killua started walking back to Gon with a smile on his face. "Lucky us, I made a deal with Neon that you and her could switch groups." Gon smiled with a light blush. They sat down next to each other and finished their food while trying to laugh. Once done their group looked around the remaining exhibits, they boarded the bus and sat in the same seats. Once the bus began to move killua could hear Neon and Kurapika chatting up a storm which made him a bit happy. The boys snuggled and talked about how the first half of their day was.

       Once the bus got back to school the two boys headed home. They ate dinner, took a bath together and then went to sleep.
