Assassin Sister's {Armitage Hux X Oc and Kylo Ren X Oc}

9- Hiding

3rd POV

It had been 4 days since Mia ran out on the three of them. In between all of their duties, Kylo has been searching everywhere he possibly can. Even going as far as using the Force. To him and everyone else on the ship, it was like she disappeared. When in reality...she is just hiding in her room with Shadow. Of course, blocking her mind from everyone, but still there. Mia changed her code to her room after a little dispute a while after arriving on the ship. So she can't tell if Mia is in her room. 

On the other hand, Armitage acted as normal as Mia sent him a private message saying she'd be leaving to go shopping on Naboo for the mission in a few days. Which only gave Armitage the evilest plan to finally get Kylo to Mia.

Armitage's POV

'This is the best plan you've ever had, Armitage. Mia hiding from everyone is not helpful, while the man in love with her is looking all over. If I work this out correctly, Kylo will find Mia while she is in one of her most comfortable environments. Hopefully, she won't freak out.'

I walk to the main computer room. But on the way, I happen to bump into Kylo.

"Kylo."

"Armitage." He continues walking until I speak.

"I know where she is."

He swiftly turns around, marching right back to face me.

"When? And where?"

"She will be going to the market that I first picked them up at. On Naboo. She is taking her ship tomorrow before her sister wakes up. She only told me in case something happens. After all...I was the one who let her out that door while you took forever to realize she loves you. I will be going to talk to her after work. I'll get all the details and tell you after."

I turn away and go back to work as if nothing happened.

~~~2 Hours Later~~~

Walking into the 'cafeteria' for higher-ranked soldiers, I pick up enough food for 2 people on a tray. No one questions me for fear of punishment.

Walking through the halls, I make it to Mia and Maddy's ship without a word from anyone. Opening the door, I navigate through their ship like the back of my hand. For...certain reasons that I will not say other than Maddy and I spend some time alone to ourselves sometimes. Reaching Mia's bedroom door, I knock on the "special code Which in all honesty is just a pattern of knocks.."

'Knock'

'Knock' 'Knock' '

Knock' '

She answers before opening the door.

Knock' 'Knock'

She gets really excited when she sees the food I brought.

"Thank you so much, Armitage. I won't be hiding for much longer. I've been working on a trick or two with the Force. But we'll talk about that later. Come on in. Shadow has been looking forward to seeing you too."

Setting down all of the food, I loof around Mia's room for the once adorable fluffball that turned into a deadly thief. It turns out I didn't have to look because the next thing that I know, I'm on the floor with a heavyweight on my chest.

"Ooooooh... Shadow! You still bring me to the floor!"

"Grrmph!"

Shadow growl-moans while cuddling into Armitage's chest.

Mia's POV

A laugh falls out of my mouth as I watch Armitage struggle underneath Shadow.

"Mia pleeeeaaaassseee! Before the food gets cold! Just please...get Shadow...off...uuugh!"

"Fine, fine. Shadow, come here, baby."

"Gmph!"

Shadow lazily walks over, setting his head in my lap. Armitage stands up, only wobbling slightly from the blood returning to his legs. He sits across from me, and we dig into the food, with me occasionally giving a few pieces to Shadow.

"So Mia..."

"Yes?"

"When exactly are you going to stop hiding? You can't exactly stay in here forever. Even on a mission or if Snoke summons, there is a high chance you would then face the music. Meaning you would face Kylo."

"Well, I do know that I'll be going to Lily's Dresses for all Occasions tomorrow for a dress. And then I'm thinking that I might act like I am coming back, but drop you and Maddy off and leave for a while. Yes, Maddy and I work best together...but we still know how to work apart. It's that obvious how much of a coward I am, Armitage."

"Why do you think that, Mia?"

3rd POV

Mia didn't know that Armitage is recording their conversation through his wrist band for Kylo to listen to later.

"I know that I am a coward because I can't even face Kylo after having my own twin tell him that I love him. Just because I doubt myself that much and fear rejection. Yet here I am still hoping that somehow he will see around my tricks and find me."

"I think I know why you fear that, Mia."

"What do you mean?"

"Maddy told me that we would have to wait until you are ready to see him. It's not the fear of rejection. Well...at least not all of it. You're afraid of being hurt more than you already have been."

"No surprise there, I'm not going to lie."

"So why don't you do the shopping tomorrow, clear your head. You'll feel better and have a better thought process than you do now."

"Fine. But you are so paying for at least one thing. I have to buy a dress, a pair of shoes, and accessories."

"Done."

"Ok. But if after the mission I decide to leave, no one will stop me."

"Doesn't mean that won't keep your sister from trying to stop you." He chuckles.

~~~3 Hours Later~~~

"Well Mia, I should be going. Maddy was having a rough day the last time I checked and she will want to vent before going to bed."

"Ok. Thank you, Armitage. I'll see you when we get back."

Armitage's POV

Kylo opens his door looking pissed until he sees it's me.

"What took you so long?"

"I actually just left mind you. She needed someone to have an actual conversation with other than Shadow."

"Oh...well, come in."

I walk in toward his table. I take a seat and remove my wrist band and start playing the recording of our conversation that we only had a few hours earlier. As the end of the conversation ends he seems conflicted. I stand and he looks up,

"I will take my leave so you can think and absorb the information as you please."

I walk out of his dorm and down many hallways until I reach my own, luckily making it there before Maddy.
