Levi's Pov:

 Levi Ackerman. 

Yes, that's my name! Levi. To think I'd be starting school today with tired eye bags under my eyes and uh dry throat. But, let's stop talking about issues and do a brief summary of my life. I'm currently at the age of 16, stuck in my Junior year of high school. Just another average they of walking to school and coming back home to my uncle. Nothing special of course...

"LEVIIII" I hear a person scream from a distance. I look over and see a familiar dark reddish-haired girl just dying to walk with me to school. People began to look at her and me as if we just came out of a gosh damn mental asylum.

" Ugh" I groaned to myself. Of course, It's the craziest girl in school who called out my name. Hanji Zoe. She's in the same grade as me. She's at the top of her class when it comes to chemistry and science. But, horrible when it comes to things like English or History class.

I rolled my eyes and decided to keep on walking on the sidewalk ignoring the dark-haired brunette who was now chasing me causing everyone to stare at the current scene. "Leviiii why are you ignoring me?" she whimpered a pout protruding out of her rosy lips. "Tch," I muttered under my breath clearly annoyed by the brunette. "Why do you think I'm ignoring you Hanji!?"

The brunette began to lower her head and raise her hand up to her chin as if she was in deep thought. She gave me a perplexed expression. " Because you're making a goddamn scene four-eyes that's why." I groaned while rolling my eyes.

the brunette winced her eyes and pouted once again." Jesus Levi! I'm sorry. I was just happy to see you. " she said with a sheepish smile. I just stared at her and sighed. I  continued my pace to school leaving the brunette behind as she attempted to catch up to me.

After a 10 minute walk, we have finally made it to the school together and we are now in the locker section of our school. "Maria Highschool Academy". I heard multiple rumors that this school was amazing and kids who attend here are incredibly smart. but that rumor was a big hoax. There was a year when most of the kids failed. It just really proved how false the school's reputation was...

"Oi, Levi." I heard Hanji say. "You good? You were in a pretty long daze," she said slightly concernedly. I shrugged.

"Oh no, I'm fine. I was just remembering a stupid memory from freshman year of high school." I said softly. The brunette hummed in response.

" Anyway, what period do you have next?" I asked her trying to change up the subject."Hmmm... I think I have Math" She murmured.

 " What about you?".

"Hm... I think my first period is.. ugh, Science with Mr. Erwin" I said with a vivid irritation in my voice. " Lucky! I wish I had science! You know how much I LOVE experimenting" She said clearly, jealous. I examined the brunette her face looking dumbfounded as ever... I think she was fantasizing about the weird experimenting she does at her house.  I've always wondered what in the world she experiments about but I'm honestly to scared to ask. but 

I opened my mouth to reply to the brunette's remark Before I could even speak I felt a sudden force making contact with my back forcing me to fall face-first into the floor. I still felt a heavy wait on my back though.  " O-ow." I whimpered softly as I slowly lifted my head up from the floor. I tried to get up but a weight on top of me kept forcing me down.
