Chp. 26

Marissa P.O.V

It's been 4 months since Kalin had left for their dedication tour . We texted and chatted a few times but not as much as we did the first month he was gone . Arianna and Myles have been talking nonstop and i get a bit jealous sometimes.

I lay on the couch watching The Heat which is so funny. I take a sip of my water and my front door open revealing arianna and the rest of girls smilling at me .

"Hey girl whatcha doing ?" She says taking a seat on the couch next to me

"Watching the heat " I said paying attention to tv

"Well the girls thought you be interested in going to the movies to see that movie with Jennifer Lopez in it and then after we get Chinese food " Monae suggests

I get of the couch " alright let me just change my clothes and we can go " I say

They all nod and I go into my room and slip into a pair of white high waist shorts and a blue button down crop top and a brown cardigan with brown boots . I put my hair in a messy bun and do my makeup light and I spray myself with perfume.

I grab my phone and wallet and head out to the living room to see arianan on the floor clutching her stomach in laughter .

"What happened ?" I ask looking at arianna

"Oh nothing Melissa McCartney funny as always " Monae shrugs

"Ready to go " I say

"Let's hit the rode girls " Ashley says

30 minutes later .................................

We arrive at the movie theater and we all pay for our tickets to see The boy Next Door , we grab a big bucket of popcorn with extra butter and 6 medium drinks and sour candies and recess pieces .

We all head to the room where the movie is playing when we see a pregnant Bethany walking to the same movie theater .

"Woah is it just be or is Bethany a little bigger ?" Arianna ask

"Well duh its obvious she's pregnant" Ashley says

"Well who's the father ?" Monae ask

"You guys save me a seat I'll be right back " I say and they all nod and go inside the theater

I poke her shoulder and she turns around with wide eyes ." What the hell are you doing here ?" She says

"Watching a movie...since when were you pregnant?" I ask

"It's none of your business " she scowls

"I'm just being friendly .. Who's the father ?" I say

I just hope it's not kalin .. Even tho irs been a while since they seen each other he did sleep with her twice .

"Im sorry marissa buts it's kalin " she says looking down

No. No . No this can't be happening to me right now . "Does he know?" I ask

"No not yet I was planning on telling him when he comes back " she says ignoring my gaze on her

"I have to go " I said turning around going inside the room . I find the girls and I sit down with them .

"Hey what took you so long ?" Arianna says handing me a sour candy

"Nothing the movie is starting " I say as the movie starts

2 hours later ***********************

"Wow that was a good movie " arianna says as she throws away her soda

"Yeah that Ryan guy was really hot" Ashley says

"Yeah got that right " desirea adds

I'm just completely ignore there chat as we head to the Chinese restaurant. Kalin a father ?. That's impossible. What if she's lying .

"Hey you spaced out you okay?" They say concerned

"Yeah just really hungry " I say putting a fake smile on

"Same I heard there orange chicken is the bomb.com " arianna says as we go inside the restaurant

"Marissa what's wrong .. Ever since you talked to Bethany you seemed down " Monae says with a worried expression

"Did she say anything to you ?" Arianna says

"She told me kalin is the father of the baby " I blurt out

They all have look at me shock and all there jaws drop . "W-what that's impossible " desirea says

"Yeah she could be lying marissa " Arianna says

"I know but idk that yet .. Should I tell kalin " I say stuffing chow mien in my mouth

"Yes he has a right to know even if it's his or not " they said

I nod and we finish our food in silence and we pay for the meal and they drop me off but they ask if they want me to stay at their place but i declined .

I shut my front door and I see my mother making out with her boyfriend .shes like literally on top of him .

"Mom! Seriously " I say as the two break apart and she gives me a scowl

"Marissa this is my house also i can do what the hell I want " she scowls

"I never said that.. Can you at least keep your hands of your filthy boyfriend when I'm around " I say

"He you better watch your mouth little girl " he snarled at me

"Fuck you MOTHERFUCKA " I spat at him and my moms eyes go wide and she looks furious

"Go to your damn room " she yells

"Gladly " I spat going into my room and kicking my trashcan over

I hear my phone ringing and I see its kalin calling me . I answer it .

"Hey beautiful" he says

"Hey babe , how was the concert " I say sitting on the edge of my bed

"It was great we're heading to la next you should go " he suggest

"Yeah I'm sure the girls would want to also " I say smiling

"Hey something wrong ?" He ask

"I ran into Bethany today " I sigh

"What she say?" He ask

"Kalin she's pregnant and s-she thinks it's your baby " I say as a tear goes down my cheek

"Oh " he says silently

"Yeah " I say

"Do you think it's mine ?" He asked

"I don't know kalin .. I trust you " I say

"I trust you too .. When I come back home I will take the test to prow it's not mine " he says

"Okay " I say

"I love you marissa " he says

"I love you too kalin ..I'll call you tomorrow I had this bad argument with my mom and I feel like sleeping " I say

"Okay babe sweet dreams" he says

"You too kalin .. I miss you " I say as tears come down faster

"I miss you more " he says and then I hang up

I kick my shoes off and I get into the comforters and I sob to Myself because of the thought that it could be his . But I trust him to much . I cry myself to sleep that night .

OMG Bethany is pregnant ???? Who do you think the father could be ? Do you think this could ruin marissa and kalin relationship ?

But hey there almost donee the tour and kalin will be back . YAY :)
