the slanted rooftop
gloomy night
we sat there with each other
and only each-other
i was love struck
my heartstring plucked
i lean over
onto your shoulder
and you look at me
with the most loving eyes
and at the moment i think
that this is real
our love
as we lay next to each other
tree branches shuffle in the wind
i look over
then i raise my arm to touch yours
you look at me
a cable fire bursts in the distance
you can feel the tension
in our, love struck hearts
