- 2 MONTHS LATER-
Anne: we will be back by 11:00, so don't wait up
Emery: ok mom, you and John go before you guys be late
Anne: ok ok
( Emery kisses the top of John's head)
Emery: have fun , I love you
John: ok and I love you too
( John gets into the car)
Emery: have fun mom , be safe , I love you
Anne: Love you too sweetheart, and we will the game is only 30 minutes away
Emery: still be safe
( Anne gets into the car and begins to drive off)
( Emery goes back inside the house into the living room to finish watching friends)
( Then she starts texting her friends for a little bit before falling asleep)
( a few hours later , Emery wakes up to someone beating on the front door)
( she gets up and checks the time to see that its 2:00 in the morning)
( someone beats on the door again )
Emery: ok ok , I'm coming
( she goes to open up the door to reveal 2 officers at the door)
Officer: are you Emery Crassus?
Emery: yes I am, Is everything alright?
Officer: mame you need to come with us
Emery: why what's wrong
Officer: you need to come with us there's been an accident
Emery: what do you mean an accident?
officer : just come with us
Emery: can I at least put on my shoes
Officer: yes mame
( Emery hurries to put on her shoes and walks back to the officers)
Officer: right this way
( Emery locks the front door and follows the officers to their car)
( she gets in and the officers closes the door)
( the officers gets in the car and starts driving to their destination)
( 15 minutes later they pull into a building)
Emery: wait why are we at a fucking morgue?
Officer: Mame just follow us
( they all get out and Emery follows them into the morgue)
Officer 2: have a seat on this chair
( Emery takes a seat )
( the officers talk to the examiner and leaves)
( five minutes later the examiner walks over to Emery)
( Emery stands up)
Emery: why am I here , the officers didn't give me any information
Examiner: you are here because there's been an accident , we were called to the scene where there was two bodies found
Emery: why does that have to do with me?
Examine: it was a car accident scene and in one of the cars we found your name in a phone
