Ice Cream- Mayday x Fem! Reader

Type: Fluff, utter wholesomeness, and ice cream :)

And now onto the oneshot.

(Y/N)= Your name

It was rather a hot day in Vinyl City, especially at the Festival Plaza. There was a few people outside roaming around, mainly because everyone else was enjoying the indoor benefits of their air-conditioning. However the sewers was a main place where it was mostly hot, and the trio that lived there had their fans at full blast in an attempt to cool down from the heat.

(Y/N), the singer for Bunk Bed Junction, was laying on the couch on her side due to the amount of heat. From the looks of it, the poor girl was about to pass out from overheating, causing Mayday and Zuke to grow worried. Mayday was the most concerned since (Y/N) was her girlfriend and couldn't bear to see her in the state she was in at the moment. "(Y/N)? You ok sweetie?" Mayday asked as she sat on the edge of the couch and looked down at (Y/N). "I'm very hot May..." (Y/N) spoke as she slightly stirred, "I could use something to cool me off... like... ice cream."

"There's this ice cream parlor that just opened up recently," Zuke said as an idea came to his head, "Why don't we go there and get some ice cream?" "Wait really?" (Y/N) asked as she quickly sat up on the couch and looked up at Zuke with her (E/C) eyes. "Yeah-" Zuke replied before (Y/N) was already on her feet, "Let's go then!" (Y/N) said while she and Mayday were already starting to climb the ladder that led outside the sewers. "Hey wait up!" Zuke called out before he ran to catch up with his friends.

Once the indie rock trio made it to the surface, they started to walk to where the ice cream parlor was. "So how far is the place Zuke?" Mayday asked while holding (Y/N)'s hand as she walked. "Not too far, just a few blocks away." Zuke replied before noticing (Y/N) was looking about to pass out from the heat again. "(Y/N)? You ok? You wanna sit down at the bench over there?" Mayday asked as she placed her hands on (Y/N)'s cheeks. "I'm ok really-" (Y/N) said, not wanting to worry her two band mates, "We can make it to the ice cream parlor and get some good ice cream- Hey isn't that the place over there?" Mayday and Zuke looked and saw the ice cream parlor nearby. "Yep, that's it over there, I'm surprised there isn't a huge line outside." Zuke spoke before Mayday hoisted up (Y/N) onto her back, "Then let's get there before it does have a line." Mayday said before running as (Y/N) happily cheered since her girlfriend was giving her a piggy back ride. Zuke followed close behind as the trio made their way to the ice cream parlor.

As they stepped close to the door of the place, (Y/N) got off Mayday's back. "I can see a few people inside," (Y/N) said while peeking through the window, "Let's go inside." Mayday and Zuke nodded before the trio went inside the parlor, and were immediately greeted by the high blasting winds of the air conditioning of the parlor. Patrons sat at their tables, eating their frozen treats of ice cream while happily chatting with each other. In the middle of the parlor stood a very colorful bar area, for ice cream of course. (Don't do alcohol kids) "Wow, this place looks amazing!" (Y/N) said with her (E/C) eyes wide in awe, looking around with Mayday and Zuke before they all sat down on the bar stools at the ice cream bar. An employee behind the counter spotted the Bunk Bed Junction members and went over to take their ice cream orders.

"Hello there Bunk Bed Junction! And welcome to Snow Blizzard Creamery, now what can I get you three?" The employee said with a smile. "I'll have Vanilla!" Mayday answered, "Chocolate mint for me." Zuke spoke, "And I'll take (F/F)." (Y/N) said, before Mayday realized something. "You know who we are?" Mayday asked as she, Zuke, and (Y/N) all looked at the employee. "Of course! I'm a fan of your music." The employee replied, "And since you guys are here, I'll get your orders orders on the house." "Thank you!" (Y/N) said as she smiled, "We can also play our music while we're here. Right guys?" "Sure! I'm thinking of a new album in mind since we're here." Mayday replied as she started tuning her guitar. "Is there a stage we can perform on?" Zuke asked, before the employee pointed at an empty area, "Over there, that's where we were planning to set up a karaoke machine, but you guys can use it to hold your little gig." "Thanks man." Zuke said with a smile as the employee nodded, "C'mon May and (Y/N)."

"We're coming Zuke." (Y/N) said with a giggle as she and her girlfriend followed close behind. Once the trio got onto the mini stage, the other patrons that were present all turned their attention on the Rock Band in excitement. "Are you ready?!" Mayday said as she held up her guitar, before everyone responded with cheers, whistles, and claps. "Then let's get this party started!" (Y/N) chimed in before Bunk Bed Junction began to perform their gig.

As (Y/N) sang into her microphone, Mayday played her guitar, and Zuke banged his drums, word quickly got around the Festival Plaza about the Band's ice cream concert. In a matter of minutes, people flooded into the ice cream parlor to get their frozen treats and cheer on their favorite rock band. The trio continued to perform  as their fans came to see them, until they finished their gig, recieving their fanfare of cheers, claps, and whistles once again as they got off the stage.

"That was awesome!" Mayday said with a smile as the trio's ice cream orders were served. "It sure was." (Y/N) said as she grabbed her glass of her (F/F) ice cream, "Now let's eat some ice cream!" The indie rock trio sat down and ate their ice cream, cooling themselves off from the outside heat as they happily interacted with their fans that came to see them. After an hour of fun with fan meet ups, another performance, and more ice cream, it was time to head back to the sewers. Thankfully, at that time, it was a lot more cooler outside than earlier that day.

"Hey (Y/N)?" Mayday spoke, getting her girlfriend's attention as she turned to her, "Yes Mayday?" "You have some ice cream on your lips." Mayday pointed out, as (Y/N) realized. "Oh! There should be some napkins somewhere-" (Y/N) said before she was cut off by Mayday kissing her lips. (Y/N)'s face turned a bright red as she was suddenly flustered, but closed her eyes and kissed back, until the two pulled away a moment later. "Oh May-" (Y/N) spoke with a giggle. "I love you (Y/N)." Mayday replied with a smile on her face. "I love you too Mayday." (Y/N) smiled, before the two girls went home with Zuke while holding hands.
