Tyler let out a large yawn as he woke up. When he looked around, he realized that he was the only one in the bedroom on the cruise ship. His fur was going in multiple directions, some fur being matted down by the way he was laying. He scratched his own back as he stood up and walked outside of the room.
The Umbreon rubbed his eyes confusedly before taking a quick look around. The first thing that he noticed was that there was no Pokémon roaming the boat. He also noticed another small problem.
The cruise ship wasn't moving.
"Aiden? Drizz? Vio?" Tyler called out loudly. "Is anybody there?" The Umbreon began to look around frantically. "Anyone...?"
Suddenly, a loud bang from the dining area alerted the Umbreon's attention, making him jump.
Tyler reluctantly ran into the dining area before seeing a large amount of Pokémon in the room tied tightly with ropes. This included Violet, Aiden, and Drizzle, who were tied together. Drizzle was trying to struggle out, Aiden looked a bit sad, and Violet wore no emotion as she looked down.
"C'mon, Aiden! Just burn the ropes!" Drizzle exclaimed, looking over to the Flareon. "It's not that big of a deal."
"I know it's not..." Aiden sighed, looking down in an attempt to avoid Drizzle's glance. "I'm scared, Drizzle..."
"Guys!" Tyler exclaimed, running towards the three while trying not to trip over other tied up Pokémon. "What the absolute heck is going on?" The Umbreon began to untie the three before standing up.
Violet immediately wrapped Tyler into a tight hug. "...I thought they found you too..." The Umbreon returned the hug confusedly as the Espeon rubbed her cheek against his.
"Someone catch me up here?" Tyler asked, looking over to Drizzle as he continued to hug Violet. "Why are all these Pokémon tied up?"
"The quick version is that some Pokémon were talking about Multilution stones being on this ship." The shiny Vaporeon told him, standing up. "They said they were headed to the lower decks to find them."
"Well we gotta stop them!" Tyler exclaimed, releasing the hug with Violet.
"Uhh... No we don't." Drizzle interjected. "Our task is to locate and defend the Perfect Multilution Stones. Not this. I don't wanna die."
"But if they fall into the wrong hands, we're all gonna die!" Tyler shouted, "I don't care if I'm going alone, or with others. We gotta solve the problem before it starts, you know?" The Umbreon stomped a foot on the floor, facing up towards the ceiling.
A silence filled the room as the group looked at Tyler.
"...What was that?" Aiden asked, tilting his head slightly.
"I thought I could push a plank down and go to the lower decks like a badass..." The Umbreon pouted, looking down. "...I failed. I'll just take the stairs."
"And I'm coming with you." Violet spoke up, clutching a paw over her heart. "I'm gonna be there for you... No matter what."
"I'll come, too." Aiden added. "You're a part of my family, you know?"
"Thanks, guys." Tyler sighed, giving a wide, toothy grin. "Drizzle, you can stay here and untie all of the other Pokémon. As for you two..." He punched his left paw with his right before giving a smirk.
"...Let's kick some ass."

"Here they are..." A Luxray smirked, pulling up a floorboard. Two more Luxray and a shiny Luxray approached the first Luxray before sharing the same smirk.
