Back in the Polar Base, The Doctor was knealing over her, attempting to waken her from her state that he only wished she'd know it was in fact killing her by the second.

"Can you hear me, {Y/n}?"

"We did try waking the others but simuluing wasn't working," Ashley spoke from behind the desparate man.

"Okay, we kill it. We find a way to kill it and we get it off of her. How do we kill it!" He lashed.

"There's no way of killing it without killing your friend, too and as a scientist, may I say, I don't like the way you are talking," she states.

"Santa, in the infirmary, you told the sleepers to go to bed and they obeyed you,"

"I'm sorry, it doesn't mean I can get that creature off her,"

"No, but you can get back in there unharmed, huh?"

"What? Your asking Santa to help? He doesn't exsist," Shona says.

"And how would you know that? How did you become an expert on what does and doesn't exsist?" He asked, kneeling back down over {Y/n}.

"I can commit million house breaks in one night dressed in a red suit with jingle bells. So, of course I can get into the infirmary," Santa says.

"Good. Because their is only one way that I can communicate with {Y/n}," The Doctor said, staring down at her frowning.

Back in her dream, she was sitting on her couch, eating the dinner her mum made for her after opening up her presents.

Weirdly enough, one of her presents was a screwdriver.

There was a knock at the door, startling her a little. Her head snapped up in confusion.

"Who's that, love?" Her mum calls from the kitchen.

"I don't know," she says.

"Mind getting it then?" She replies.

"Sure!" She shouts back, before getting up to answer it.

"Maybe its your boyfriend ~" her mum giggled to herself amused by her comment.

"Ha ha," she fake laughs before opening the door to see the Doctor standing there. Her heart dropped as her mother's words repeated themselves in her head.

"Hi," The Doctor said, walking in nervously glancing at her.

"Doctor?"

"Its not real, {Y/n}. You know it's not real. It's a dream and it's killing you," The Doctor said, making her look back at him strangly.

"It doesn't feel like a dream..." she says, glancing back at the kitchen where her mother was cleaning.

"Your mother isn't really in there. You know it yourself. She's dead and quite soon, you'll be too,"

"So what if it is a dream. Not like you can prove it,"

"How do you think i got here?"

"As if that couldn't be anymore obvious," she laughs.

"Well, what else do you want me to do? What will it take for me to prove to you that this isn't real!"

"Easy. I'll just do it for you," She said before pulling him closer using the collar of his shirt and placing her lips on his.

The Doctors eyes bulgded from there sockets as he tries contemplating what was going on.

When she separates from him, his eyes stayed fixed on her, glancing inbetween each eye.
