Chapter 31: Game Plan

Ava's POV

"So what are you guys up to today?" I asked as I sipped my coffee.

"Nothing really. But I was planning to go shopping with the boys." Leighla replied.

Seth, Roman, and Dean all groaned. I looked at them amused.

"That's all you do!" Dean complained.

"Shopping," Roman said cringing. "It's like a curse or something."

"it's not that bad. Seth likes to go shopping with me. Right?" Leighla stated.

We all looked at Seth as he hid his face with his phone.

"Oh, I'm sorry. Did you say something?" Seth said looking up innocently.

"Can at least of you come with me? I don't like shopping alone."

All eyes were on me as I continued to sip my drink.

Setting my mug down, I spoke up. "Fine. I'll go."

Leighla cheered. "Yes! Bring Isabella too. Oh and Aj if she wants to come."

I chuckled and texted them both. A minute later I got their responses.

"Okay, Isa's coming but Aj can't.  She and Punk are doing stuff for the wedding." I said not looking up from my phone.

"Okay. Come on! We better go now before all the good stuff are gone." Leighla said grabbing my arm.

"Good luck!" Roman said. I shot him a playful glare as Leighla tugged me out of the room

"I'll bring your stuff to the arena. " Dean called after us.

"Okay thanks!" I yelled back.

We picked up Isa at her room and we drove to the mall. As soon as we got there, Leighla rushed in, leaving us in the dust.

"So how are things with you and Dean?" Isa asked as we were looking at some shoes.

"Oh I can't even explain them!" Leighla called. "They are extremely cute in every way possible!"

"What she said." I replied with a laugh. "Everything's doing really well and I'm just really happy with him."

"Okay good because I wasn't kidding when I said I would break his neck." Isa said and I smiled.

"Okay I'm done looking here, let's grab something to eat." Leighla said tugging us out of the store.

As we were walking around Isa nudged my arm getting my attention. "What's up?"

She pointed to Kay Jewlers and smiled. I looked at her confused as she and Leighla pulled me into the store.

"What are we doing here?" I asked.

"Have you and Dean talked about marriage yet?" Isa asked as she and Leighla looked at the rings.

"No. We never really brought it up. Plus Dean isn't really the type of guy to get married and stuff." I said sitting down.

"You guys never  talked about marriage yet? How long have you guys been together? 1, 2 and a half years?" Leighla asked.

I shrugged. "I never really thought about marriage yet, and I'm pretty sure he hasn't either." I said playing with my bracelet.

"Come here," Isa said pulling me up. "Let's say if you guys did talk about marriage, what kind of engagement ring would you like?"

I looked through the case of engagement rings. They were all beautiful, I couldn't choose.
