Chapter 9• 2 Month Anniversary

Aj's POV

"Ugh! Nothing's working! What do I have to do for Ava to stay away from that lunatic?!" I shouted.

"Aj, babe, calm down. We'll figure something out." Phil assured me. I sighed.

"I just want whats best for her. She's too good for Dean, Ava deserves someone better than him. What does she see in him anyway?" I said rubbing my head.

Then an idea popped in my head.

"Oh my god. Why haven't thought of this before?" I said getting up and grabbing my phone.

"Who ya calling?" Phil asked.

"Just wait and see."

Ava's POV

Dean and I have been dating for 2 months now, and I couldn't be more happier. Today was our 2 month anniversary and he told me he had a surprise planned for the evening.

Right now, we just woke up and now we're laying down in bed.

"Can you tell me what the surprise is now?" I asked frantically.

"Ava, this is the tenth time you've asked me this morning. I can't tell you, you'll just have to wait until later this evening." Dean told me.

I groaned. "You're no fun." I said.

He raised an eye brow and started tickling me.

"Ah! Dean! Dean! Dean, stop!" I said in between laughs.

"Damn your ticklish." Dean said kissing my forehead. I rolled off the bed.

"Let's eat breakfast." I said extending my hand out. Dean gladly took it and we walked out of the bedroom. To our surprise, there was breakfast already set up. I looked at Dean and he looked at me. Then out of no where, Seth, Roman, Brie, and Nikki all leaped out of a nearby closet, making me jump.

"HAPPY TWO MONTH ANNIVERSARY!" They exclaimed.

"Aww, thanks guys!" I said giving them all hugs.

"Damn, how did you guys all fit in that closet?" Dean asked. They all shrugged.

"Let's eat!" Seth yelled.

"Oh Seth, you and your food." Nikki said.

"There's nothing wrong with me liking food, Nikki." Seth pointed out.

"So you're saying that you would marry food." Brie asked.

"No, of course not. I already have a girlfriend that I'm planning to marry" he said.

I spit out my food. "You have a girlfriend?" I asked surprised.

"Yep. Her name's Leighla." he responded.

"Yeah, and Roman's married and has a kid." Dean said.

"WHAT?! How come I'm only learning this now?" I said.

"Well you only met us just 2 months ago." Roman said.

I nodded my head. Then my phone started ringing. I looked at the caller ID. It was my mom.

"Oh my god." I gasped and quickly answered it and went into the living room.

Ava! Sweetheart, how's my baby girl doing?

I'm doing great mom, thanks, How are you?

I'm doing well. So i've heard that you're dating a fellow superstar. Oh what was his name...oh right! Dean is it?

Yep, it's actually our 2 month anniversary.

Oh congratulations! Is he good to you? He's not hurting you?

What? No of course not! I looked at Dean and he was smiling at me.

He makes me really happy, mom. I said not breaking eye contact with Dean.

That's good, sweetheart. I wish the best for you two. I'm gonna go now. Could you tell April I said hello?

Of course. Thanks mom. I'll talk to you later.

I hung up and walked back to the table continued eating.

"Who were you talking to?" Brie asked.

"My mom. She just called to say hello." I responded.

"Is she nice?" Nikki asked.

"Yeah I guess..." I said.

"How about your dad?" Seth asked.

"Why are you guys asking me these stuff?" I asked.

"Just answer the question." Brie said.

"Fine. Ok, my dad. It sorta depends. If you get on his bad side, things get ugly." I warned.

"Have any other siblings other than Aj?" Dean asked.

"I have a 10 year old sister. But other than that, its just me and Aj." I said. "Why are you guys asking these things anyway?"

"We just want to know you better." Roman said smiling.

"Ok...I guess." I said and continued eating.

"Are we there yet?" I asked.

"Not yet, babe. Just keep your eyes closed." Dean told me.

I groaned. 10 minutes later we finally arrived at the mystery place.

Dean opened my door and took my hands. "Keep those eyes closed." Dean said leading me out of the car.

"Yeah, yeah, I know." I said smiling. We kept walking for awhile then we finally came to a stop.

"Alright, you can open your eyes now." He instructed. I slowly uncovered my eyes and gasped at the scene.

We were at a private beach. On the sand there was a small picnic candlelight dinner table with a basket of food, a wine bottle, and 2 wine glasses.

"Dean...oh my god...its beautiful." I said turning to look at him.

"Do you like it?" He asked shyly.

"Do I like it? I love it! Thank you so much!" I said kissing him.

"Your welcome." He said smiling.

"Shall we?" I asked extending my hand out.

Dean gladly took it. "We shall."

We started eating dinner and having a great time. He poured me a glass of wine and some for himself.

"Happy two month anniversary, Ava." Dean said raising his glass.

"Happy two month anniversary, Dean." I said clanking mine with his.

Dean and I drove back to the hotel from our amazing dinner. We entered our hotel room, hand in hand. Seth, Roman, Brie, and Nikki were all watching a movie.

"There they are! How was dinner, lovebirds?" Roman asked smirking.

"Dinner was amazing! It was just perfect!" I exclaimed happily.

"Girl you have to tell us everything!" Nikki said standing up. She and Brie both dragged me into the bedroom.

"Alright spill." Brie said rubbing her hands together.

"Alright so we drove to a private beach. And there was a beautiful candlelight dinner set up. It was just absolutely...breath taking!" I said.

"Aww! Dean is such a sweetheart! You're really lucky!" Nikki said.

I smiled. I really am lucky to have him. Dean is the love of my life. Dean's my everything.
