Chapter 52:: Consequences

Ava's POV

WWE Onscreen interview {RAW}

Renee walked up to me, a microphone in her hand.

"Ava, can I just have quick word with you for a few minutes?" She asked.

I nodded my head and gestured for her to continue.

"Last week on Smack down, you deliberately abandoned your tag team partners in a six diva tag team match. Some people are wondering if there is some tension between you, Nikki Bella, and Reby Sky."

"I can tell you that there was some tension between the three of us. Actually, for me, there is tension between me and the whole Authority." I stated.

I continued, "I didn't even know I had a match scheduled for me that night. Stephanie and Triple H didn't tell me anything about having a match on Thursday Night Smack down. They only told Reby and Nikki. I mean, don't you think that's a little bit odd? Considering that I am a part of The Authority aren't I?"

Renee nodded in agreement. "Do you think that you and The Authority will be on the same page tonight, considering that you'll be in a match later on tonight  against your sister AJ Lee?"

I smiled. "We'll just have to see if we are or not later tonight."

"Do you have any thoughts going into your match against AJ?" Renee added.

"I love my sister to death, even though I am aligned with The Authority. But, AJ." I said and looked straight into the camera. "You better listen up and listen good. I am coming for that precious Divas Championship of yours. And it's coming home to its rightful owner. Me."

"Love you!"

And with that I skipped away.

Offscreen::

I stared at my palms, deep in my thoughts. Stephanie and Hunter still hadn't talked to me ever since that stunt I pulled on Smackdown.  Aren't they mad at all?  I sort of just left my partners  fending for themselves in the middle of a tag team match.

I had a bad feeling that this wasn't  going to go well.

"What are you thinking about?" A voice said.

I looked up and smiled. Roman approached me and sat down on the crate that I was sitting on.

"Stuff." I replied simply.

"Okay. What kind of stuff?" He continued.

"It's just that Stephanie and Hunter still haven't talked to me about that stunt I pulled on Reby and Nikki on Thursday Night." I said. "In fact, I haven't spoken to any of The Authority members at all ever since Thursday. I feel like they're planning something. Something bad. I can just feel it in my gut."

"Are they coming out for your match against AJ?" Roman asked.

"Probably." I answered with a shrug.

"Okay, here's the deal. I'll try to convince AJ and the others to let us accompany AJ to her match. And we'll stay there at ringside. Just in case the Authority might pull something on either of you, we'll be there to help you guys out." He offered.

I smiled. "That's perfect! Thanks Ro. I don't know what I would do without my Samoan best friend."

Roman chuckled."What would you do without any of your friends?"

"I don't have any friends anymore. They all hate me." I said looking down.

"Then why were Aj, Isa, Brie, Leighla, Seth, and Punk talking to you?"
