[3rd POV]

"Whoa, is this my quirk?" A young boy with messy, green and black hair and two sets of diamond patterened freckles asked himself as a small ball of light appeared in his hand.

"Looks like it Izuku," agreed a man that looked quite similar to the boy aside from the lack of freckles and white hair.

"It's a little early, isn't it Hisashi?" asked a short, green haired woman next to him, "you didn't give it to him did you?" she then whispered in his ear.

"No, believe me Inko, I'm as surprised as you are. I--" Hisashi began saying before a painful feeling came over him, he fell to a knee. Inko and Izuku rushed to him, Izuku was confused as to what was going on, Inko however knew exactly what was happening.

"Hisashi, it's the hunger again isn't it?" she asked calmly, however on the inside she was freaking out.

"Y-yeah," Hisashi was able to choke out.

"Mommy, we need to get daddy some food!" Izuku almost yelled, scared out of his mind.

"Sorry sweetie, but food won't help, this is a drawback of his quirk," Inko almost cried, Izuku's eyes widened, and he hugged his dad.

"I don't want you to have something like that, you shouldn't have that drawback," he cried, Hisashi hugged back before a glow enveloped both Izuku's hands and Hisashi, he could slowly feel the hunger dying, whenever it was satisfied, he could still feel the hunger, but he could suppress it until it became too much. This time however, he could feel it actually disappearing, as if the small child hugging him was completely removing the drawback entirely. After a few seconds it was gone, never to be felt again, Hisashi was getting an idea of his son's quirk. He turned to his wife and gave her a nod, Inko, receiving the message, nodded back and turned to Izuku.

It was time for Hisashi to explain his true quirk.
