"YUEEEEE!!! HAPPY BIRTHDAY!!" I yelled from the bridge. She just laughed and rolled her eyes from her boat. I got her a necklace like mine but the amulet was made from stone found in the spirit oasis.

"Thank you Kida."

"I'll see you later!" She just waved as I ran off my brother was in class so I was starting to train some other girls how to fight.

    *time skip*

    "The Avatar is here." I tensed and turned, dropping my water.

    "Class dismissed." I ran away and went out looking for my brother. I jumped up and used an ice slide to on the way I saw the bison passing. I looked up at them avoiding their eyes. I groaned at how slow they were and collected water and used it to go over them.

    "Woah..." I smiled softly then landed on the ground and ran away.

     "Shui!" He turned and smiled at me until he saw the fear hit my face.

    "Whats wrong?"

     "He's here." He tensed slightly. "He's going to find me and I can't hide forever."

"You'll be fine, and besides you'll have to go with him anyway."

"But I don't wanna leave you."

"Maybe after the war is over I can find you in Ba Sing Se or something." I nodded and hugged him.

"I gotta go get ready for the party! I'll see you later!" I took off running towards the palace only to bump into Erikk. I jump back and smiled nervously.

"Dance tonight or have you met him already." I shrugged and then ran to Yue's room.

"Are you gonna sing for me tonight?" I snort and shrug.

"Maybe." She smiled and pointed to a dress.

"That's the dress the Chei wears. Every time their in the Northern Tribe. I believe you should let the Avatar see you tonight." I bit my lip and nodded.

"Fine. I was hoping not to reveal myself at all if I'm being honest." She just smiled.

"Well I would've told him about you sooner or later." I rolled my eyes.

"Fine let's put this giant dress on and get ready." She just laughed and I removed my coat walking behind the changing folder.

"This dress is so not me." I complained as I stood back by my brother. He was to preform with Master Pakku and I.

    "Stop whining. You'll be fine."

    "Tonight we celebrate my daughters 16th birthday, Princess Yue! And also the arrival of the Avatar! May he find his Chei and save the world! We also have a new Water Bending Teacher!"

        "What's a Chei?" I heard a boy say.

        "A dual bender who is also the Avatars true love." I watched the sister tribe girl tense slightly looking at the arrowed boy I assume to be the Avatar.

       "How do you find the Chei?" The Avatar asked.

       "The Avatar, you Aang, will know when you and her make eye contact."

    "Now to have Master Pakku preform!" We all watched from the background as Master Pakku preformed.

    "He's amazing!"

     "But he doesn't teach women." I said not meeting their gaze.

    "Master Kida will now preform." I smiled before flipping over the Avatar. We made eye contact and it was like slow motion as his eyes glossed over.
