"I'm assuming you're Seraphina?"

"In the flesh." She said lifting her imaginary skirt slightly while bowing.

Chucking a chocolate bar to both of them, we sit on the couch.

The time proceeds to fly by.

We all learned quite a bit about each other, aside from my and John's fabrications of ourselves.

The real things that I did learn were pretty much all about Seraphina.

Some things were her ability and her level, her hobbies, her past, and her familial life.

Turns out Sera, as she told me to call her, ran away from home. Her parents were being incredibly strict and she finally snapped.

She essentially told her mother to piss off.

She decided that she will be staying at John's place for a while until school starts again.

I decided to ignore the obvious issue of me being an inch away from death. John keeps secrets for some reason and due to the fact that sera, as she prefers, doesn't seem to know about the ability, John hasn't told her.

While I've silently elected to ignore it, Sera hasn't.

"It's weird that this has been ignored for such a long time, but what happened to you two?"

Making eye contact with John, he tells me that he's hesitant and doesn't want to share what happened there with his body language.

Alright, but I'm for sure teasing him. It's the least I can do as revenge after all.

"Deciding to be helpful, me, John, Blyke, and Isen go to help Arlo with some errands of his."

"Turns out, his errands was beating me and John up."

Standing up from her spot, she screamed.

"WHAT?!"

She couldn't believe what happened.

"Yeah! The audacity of that bitch!" I said.

John is still sitting quietly. He's nervous as to where I'm going to go with this story.

What he doesn't know is that the best lies are the truth.

"Apparently me and John weren't acting our place in the school. John, due to him fighting back against bullies, and me, due to being lazy and not becoming jack."

She knows of Undying and it's level, but not of anything else.

"Only reason you didn't get the same treatment is that you're incredibly stronger than him," I said.

"I took down Ventus and Meilli, who were also there as a fun little surprise before I fought Arlo. He was the one who gave me that wonderful look."

Seraphina had a hard time believing that. My injuries indicated that John's onslaught continued after I was knocked out for maybe a minute.

Aiming mainly at my head, but a surprising amount of damage was given to my torso.

He must have stood up after beating me on the ground and stomped the crap out of me.

The entire ordeal lasted about three to four minutes from the duo's failure of an attack to me sleeping peacefully for once.

Yeah, some people forget that most fights last a few seconds and don't usually don't throw more than five punches, at least between equals.

"He.......he hurt you that much?"

"Who else would have? Isen and Blyke didn't interfere, the extra's were knocked out, John's my friend so he wouldn't."
