Chapter 7: New

Previously on the Trio

"Hey... Hey... It's okay, I'm fine, you came to save me. That is good already." Hope told Josie.

Josie then took a knife out of her pocket and looked a Jayden. Jayden was glaring furiously at her and tried to run towards her , but Josie stopped him by stabbing him right in his heart. Drops of blood splattered on her face as he fell to the ground, dead.

Josie stared at the body in front of her in shock. she couldn’t believe that she had just killed someone. Hope pulled Josie into her embrace as she saw how terrified she looked.

Josie started breaking down and was afraid that she would go to jail for murdering someone. Skye assured Josie that everything would be fine and that they would take care of things. Josie slowly calmed herself down and tried not to look at the dead body. Ryan quickly dragged the body out and buried it within minutes. They quickly fled the scene while the chosen ones went to report about the incident.

“What are they crying about, they just killed a psycho ex , kinda deserved it don’t ya think,” a girl with red-maroon eyes and hair said.

“Well that’s what you would expect from a bunch of goody two shoes, hurry up and let’s go we wasted enough time here, we have our own kills,” a guy with the same features as the girl said.

“hmm those guys seem pretty interesting thoughhh i wanted to play around with them”

“Stop chatting and let’s get this job over with, Keiji or we will have to deal with  our mom’s lectures and maybe even a torture party. ”

Both of them then quickly left the cottage and went off in separate ways.

Back at the Salvatore school, Josie went into her room and immediately put up a strong lock spell at her door , so that nobody would go in.

Hope banged on the door multiple times trying to call Josie but she didn't answer.

"Josie! Josie are you okay? Let me in Josie!" Hope exclaimed as she banged on her door.

Josie was hiding at the corner of her room looking down at her own hands in terror , she thought to herself, how did I kill somebody! Josie tried to wipe away the blood off her hands while sobbing as the moments of her and him flashed before her very eyes.

Flashback
" I love you Jayden!"Josie said.

"I love you too Josie!" Jayden said.

"J-jayden... What are you trying to do... Please stop... I don't want this..."Josie said weakly as she was drugged by Jayden.

Flashback end

Her trauma from her past and what she had did just now, had hurt her too much!

Josie screamed in pain, while throwing everything on the ground. There were glass shattered everywhere , papers were flying everywhere onto the ground.

Josie picked up a piece of glass on the floor , putting it to her wrist. She was about to cut herself when she felt Hope hugging her. Hope threw away the glass in Josie's hands when Lizzie had siphoned the spell and unlocked the door.

"Ahhhhhh!! Let me go... Let me go... Please let me go... Hope I can't-" Josie screams as she got cut off by Hope.

"Josie... Josie... I'm here. You're gonna be okay... You're gonna be okay..."Hope said to Josie as she felt her heart also being shattered seeing Josie like this.

After Josie calmed down , Hope carried Josie to her room and placed her on the bed. Hope tucked Josie with the blanket and soon she fell asleep.

Hope left Josie in her own room as she and the others went to Josie's room to clean up her mess.

*30 mins later

After cleaning up her room, Hope went to her room and stayed by Josie's side and soon fell asleep while holding Josie's hand.
