Chapter 23:MoM?Loophole?Claim?

oon Josie and Hope we're just talking and talking when they decided to sleep.

"Good night Princess! I love you." Hope said.

" Good night ! I love you too Hopey!" Josie said.

Josie woke up beside Hope who was still sound asleep. Feeling hungry she decided to go and eat and get something for Hope too, with a note by the side.

Good morning Baby! You must have realised I'm not by your side. Sowwy... I was hungry! But I left you a cup of milk and sandwiches! I'll be in my room if you wanna find me! Love you Hopey! :)

Hope woke up putting her hand where Josie was lying down at. When Hope realised it was empty, she jumped out of bed and looked around. Hope then saw the sandwiches and milk Josie left for her along with the note. Hope took the note and read it. She was smiling like crazy. After that, Hope then proceeded to eat.

"Hi Lizzie! How are you? Care to share why you were at the restaurant yesterday along with Emma and Keiji? Were you guys stalking me?" Josie said as she slammed the door shut looking at Lizzie.

"Heyyyy! I was worried okay! And I'm sorry for yesterday, I didn't mean to." Lizzie said as she looked at Josie with guilt in her eyes.

Josie didn't say anything but hug her sister tightly telling her it was okay. Lizzie then hugged Josie tighter as they started chatting about what happened last night making a fool of themselves, laughing at each other.

"Lizzie, there's something I need you to know that will happen on our 22nd birthday "Josie said as she put her hands on Lizzie's.

"You mean the merge? If it's that I already know." Lizzie said.

"Wait, what? How do you know?" Josie said confused.

"Well, when you had the meltdown at the forest that day, Mom told me about the merge, she said that she would tell you later but it seems like you know already. Do you think that's why mom is always away?" Lizzie said.

"Yea, Do you think Mom and Dad will ever find a loophole to stop the merge? I mean after all we're only 16, there's still 6 years..." Josie says looking at her sister.

"I'm not sure, but we can help! After all our brains work faster and better!" Lizzie said.

Josie chuckled at Lizzie's words. Then Lizzie said "Josie are you really gonna marry Hope. If you really are I'm gonna start planning the wedding!"

"Yea... I'm gonna marry Hope! WAIT-WHAT! PLAN THE WEDDING?? that's to early Lizzie!" Josie shouted.

Just then somebody knocked on the door and opened it. Josie turned around and saw Hayley then said " Hi mom!" Lizzie thinking it's Caroline also said " Hi mom!" But when she turned and saw Hayley, she knew she made a terrible and embarrassing mistake.

Lizzie turned and glared at Josie, when suddenly Caroline comes barging in the room and said, "Hi Mom? I'm going to need an explanation on that Josie!"

Josie looked embarrassed then asked her mom to sit down then explained everything that happened yesterday night.

"But Mom, why are you here?"Josie asked curiously."well we actually found a loophole to stop the merge, but it's not a really good idea we wanted to ask for your opinions." Caroline explained.

The girls simply nodded before Hayley spoke up and said "Either one of you will have to turn to a heretic."

Josie and Lizzie looked at each other shocked before speaking up,  "I'll do it!" both of them shouted in unison.

What? No! Lizzie, I'm doing it I can't let you do it ! "Josie said looking concerned.

"Jo... you do realize once you turn you can't have kids! I thought you wanted to have a family with Hope?Jo... you have to stop being so selfless, you are always here for me putting me and other people first. Let me be the one helping you this time!" Lizzie said putting her hands on Josie's.

"Liz..." Lizzie no! That was what Josie wanted to say but she couldn't bring herself to say it. Tears started to flow down Josie's cheeks as she pulled Lizzie in for hug.

"Oh um... hi? I guess this isn't a good time? " Hope says as she stands outside the room.

"No! Hope come in there's something I need to say to both you and Josie. Well so,  Freya found out something about the claim. Basically Hope after you claimed Josie she will be a tribrid like you and Hope you will have Josie's siphon power." Hayley said.

Both Hope and Josie looked shocked, but happy at the same time that they can both have each other's powers.

"Wait mom! but if Hope claimed me and I turned to a tribrid like her wouldn't I already have stopped the merge because I'm turning into a werewolf and vampire?" Josie said.

"Wait yes! this is it! after Hope claims Josie and she turns into a werewolf and vampire, we will be able to stop the merge, let me text Freya." Hayley said.

"Wait does that mean I have to claim Josie on her 22nd birthday or I can claim her anytime before the merge?" Hope asked.

"If I'm not wrong you can claim her anytime before the merge, their 22nd birthday is just the last dateline they have to complete the merge." Caroline said.

"Okay I texted Freya, she said the claim can help to stop the merge. Which means Lizzie doesn’t have to turn to a heretic. But are you guys gonna do the claim? I mean it's only a matter of time because Hope your wolf will keep acting up making you want to claim Josie, so I think the faster you do it the better." Hayley said.

Josie looked at Hope who seemed a little scared. Josie then put her hands on Hope's and squeezed it telling her it'll be okay. "We'll do it." Josie said.

"Do we have to do it infront of you or can we do it alone?" Hope asked.

"You can do it alone, just be careful." Caroline said.

After that they just had some normal chats and they watched a movie together.
