A Long Fall

Once we made it to the top of the hill we saw Mickey, Pedro, and Neutron.
"What's up Jim?" Mickey and Jim gave each other a bro hug and said hi to one another. "Looks like you brought Vivi with you." Mickey always hits on me, I mean I'm the only girl who is willing to hang out with him so he doesn't really have any other girls to talk to.
"Hey Mickey." I waved at him and set my school bag on the ground. "Well why are we here?" I was confused as to why we were at the edge of the Hudson River.
"Jim, you still haven't told her?" Neutron looked at Jim in shock.
"Oh right. So Vivi," Jim turned to me, "So basically in each part of New York to prove your "cool" or something you have to do something different. Here we jump into the water." He then pointed down the dirty gross water that made up the Hudson River, "That water." I looked over the edge and gagged, not only did it look like shit but it smelled like shit.
"You're kidding." I turned to Jim and then to his friends and they all shook their heads. "That's disgusting!" I started laughing and they just looked at me.
"So are you gonna do it?" Pedro looked at me and this made me uncomfortable for some odd reason.
"But I don't have a swimsuit." There was absolutely no way I was wearing my underwear.
"So?" Mickey nudged Jim in the arm and whispered something in his ear I could only imagine what he was saying. "Just go in your underwear. That's what we do." Mickey started to get undressed, I'm not gonna lie he was in really good shape.
"No no no no. There is no way in hell I am doing that shit." I was not gonna wear my underwear in front of them. I have known Jim for around 10 years and he still hasn't seen me in my underwear, at least that I know of.
"Oh Vivi just do it." Jim pulled a pack of cigarettes out of his jacket pocket and offered me one, I took one and Jim lot it for me. I was fine with smoking, but I just don't agree with harsh drugs. Like the ones Jim does.
"Your really hot when you smoke Vivi." Mickey lit his cigarette as well, and to that I just rolled my eyes.
"I don't know how to respond to that Mickey." I pinched him in the arm and he punched me back.
"Well Vivi, what are you waiting for?" Neutron took off his shirt, and so did Jim and Pedro. I gulped and got nervous. I have always been insecure about my body, especially around boys. Even if I don't like them like that.
"Vivi can I talk you you?" Jim grabbed my hand and took me away to talk to me. "Vivi, I'm not normally the type of person to be cheeses and uplifting, but you are my best friend and I really care about you," I blushed and looked down at my feet. Jim put his finger under my my chin and lifted my head up. He looked me in the eyes, this gave me butterflies, and that made me uneasy. "You are gorgeous. And your body is absolutely perfect, and if they make fun of you for it, then they are dicks. I mean they already are dicks, but you know what I mean." I laughed.
"Come one let's just jump and have some fun."
I scoffed and said, "Fine." We went back to the group and I took of my clothes as fast as possible to get it over with. The boys just stared all of them except Jim, he back up to get a running start and zoomed right passed me. He jumped off the edge and did some sort of flip. It was really cool.
"DERUNAMOOO!" Mickey threw himself over the edge of the cliff screaming at the top of his lungs. Me, Pedro and Neutron looked over the edge and laughed.
"I guess I'll go next." Neutron backed up and ran to the edge and did a flip as well.
"So I'm next I'm guessing." Pedro looked at me kind of disappointed and he jumped as well.
Now it was my turn. I was super nervous, like what if my underwear fell off, or I did it wrong and got hurt. I did not want to do that.
"Come on Vivi! Jump!" Jim shouted at me from the dirty water below me. I inhaled deeply and jumped. I felt the wind rush through my hair and around my body. The drop was long. I soon hit the the surface of the gross dirty shit water and immediately felt disgusted. I kicked for the surface and once I reached it gasped for air. I slicked back my hair out of my face and looked at the boys. They just looked at each other and smiled. For some reason I felt like I was in such a good mood.
"Woohahoo! I punched my fist in the air and smiled. Jim smile as well and splashed me with water.
"Bitchhhh-" I took my turn at him and splashed him with the shitty water. Eventually we were all splashing each other with the water and honestly I was having an amazing time.
"I think we all need to go home and shower." I looked around at us, we're completely drenched in the revolting waters of the river.

Once we made it to the top of the hill we put our clothes back on and started walking back to our apartments. Pedros place was the closest so he broke off firs then Neutron and Mickey. And that left me and Jim to walk to our places.
"Hey I'm Vivi..." Jim looked nervous as he spoke to me.
"Yeah. What is it?" I looked at him, I began to worry.
"Could I maybe hang out at your place for today. My mom got a new boyfriend, and he doesn't exactly like me," I put my arm around Jim and pulled him close to my side. "And he is coming over tonight, and he always yells at me. He hates me." I looked at Jom with sympathy in my eyes.
"Of course you can." He smiled and we continued the walk to my apartment.

Once we arrived at my apartment, I knocked on the door to make sure my mom wasn't home. After waiting a little with no response I grabbed my key and unlocked the door.
"Jim you can go first."
"You sure?"
"Of course." I headed into my room and waited for Jim to finish showering. I just lay in my bed listening to the noise of shower water coming through the thin walls. Then the water shut off. I could hear Jim scrambling and putting on a towel. I heard my door open and I sat up, I saw Jim standing in the doorway, a towel wrapped around his waist. I couldn't help but stare.
"Ahem." Leo made a shooing motion with his hand I got up and went into the bathroom to take my shower. Luckily our apartment had unlimited hot water so I could shower directly after Jim. I stepped in the shower and turned the water on. I preferred my showers warm. Not hot, not cold, but warm. I started washing my hair with shampoo when I heard the doorknob turn. I peeked my head around the shower curtain to see Jim grabbing his clothes he left on the floor.
"Oh uh sorry Vivi." He turned bright red and grabbed his clothes quickly.
"It's okay." I smirked and so did Jim "Now get out." I let out a chuckle and continued to shower. Once I finished I grabbed a towel and wrapped it around myself. I walked into my room,
"Ahem." I motioned for the door the same as Jim did earlier. He shoved me on his way out which caused my towel to come undone and fall.
"Fuck!" I tried to cover myself as Jim turned around to see what I was on about, his jaw dropped immediately. He and never seen me completely nude before. "Jim!"
"Sorry!" He turned back around and closed the door. I hurried to change and let Jim back into my room.
"Sorry about that." He walked in and lay down on my bed.
"Scoot over." I lay down next to Leo on the bed, and for a moment we just looked at the ceiling. I was thinking about today. It was an incredible day, one of the best days of my life honestly. "Hey Jim?"
"Yeah Vivi?" He adjusted his position to face me, and I did the same.
"I never thanked you for what you said earlier at the cliff," it was genuinely so sweet and it made me feel like someone cared. "So, thank you." I smiled and
Jim did so in return. "I meant every word I said. Your beautiful." Jim leaned in closer to me and I felt heat rush through my body. I felt my stomach in my throat as he continued to lean in.
