Black Italian marble covered every counter surface visible, bright white paint made the villa's kitchen seem larger than what it was, a spread of Italian based hors d'oeuvres had been laid across the center island. Aubrey walked down the hallway and into the kitchen, Lori looked up as he turned his back to her and reached for a cup from the cabinet. "Why do always pick this hotel when we come here?... you do that with a lot of places."
"They go out of their way to make sure I get what I want."
"That's your selling point." She asked smirking.
"At four thousand dollars a night, yes." He said turning around to look at her.
"Why not get a house here?" She said taking a sip from her glass of wine. Aubrey shook his head and chuckled. She looked over his shoulders and down his arms as he opened a different bottle of wine.
"I'm not here enough." He shook his head then looked up at her.
"Makes sense." She looked out the large sliding glass doors looking at the view. "I wouldn't mind living here... maybe for a year or so."
"Yeah? You'd uproot?" He questioned her.
"If it's here! Absolutely." She said creasing her eyebrows. Aubrey pressed his lips together and nodded as he looked down pouring the wine into his glass. "You look like you're plotting."
He looked up and casually smiled. "Because I am."
"Such a pleaser."
"You would know." He shot back. Lori stared him down, Aubrey could tell one of her controversial questions was coming she was just trying to figure out how to properly ask him, she pressed her elbows to the counter and leaned forward. "Ask it." He said staring at her, she squinted her eyes and tossed her hair from one side to the other.
"How many women are you still... spoiling." She air quoted the word that Aubrey seemed to verbally hate.
A boyish grin stretched from ear to ear, he dropped his head and laughed. "This is what you want to do?" He asked.
Lori playfully frowned. "Yeah! Come on!" Aubrey remained silent as he stared at her from across the counter.
"Once we go down this road..." He said shaking his head.
"Whaaaa..." she whined. "I'm not gonna get jealous! You think I'm going to get jealous!?"
"I never said that. It's just women always ask questions they know they don't want to know the answer to... you know me well enough by now." Aubrey looked down at the tray of vegetables he was silent as he dipped the small carrot into the dressing.
Lori rolled her eyes and smiled, she clicked her teeth. "Come on! I've had a threesome with you!" She said lowly as she softened her face and arched her right eyebrow.
Aubrey nodded. "Impressive." He smiled as he raised the glass to his lips and took a sip. "Am I telling you this as your Dom or as your Boyfriend?" He asked curiously.
"Mmmm...both." She squinted her eyes and nodded.
"Alright... I spoil a handful of women." He said vaguely.
