After sending Jisung and Minho home, Hyunjin, Felix, Chan, Jeongin, and I huddle up on the couch and start watching a movie.

Not that anyone's really paying attention.

Felix is busy playing with Changbin, Chan and Jeongin need to get a room, and Hyunjin and I are awkwardly squished up against each other at the edge of the couch.

Suddenly, Chan gets up and pulls Jeongin into my room.

Felix: Wow, I guess they finally decided to get a room. Changbin, let's go get one too.

Hyunjin looks at Felix with wide eyes.

Hyunjin: Felix! What are you gonna do with a dog?

Felix: We're gonna binge watch k-dramas on my laptop. What did you think we're gonna do?

Felix raises his eyebrow and Hyunjin starts blushing and looks away.

Hyunjin: N-nothing!

I look at them, confused.

Seungmin: What happened? What's so funny?

I ask Felix, who's currently rolling on the floor, practically dying of laughter.

Hyunjin: Nothing, Felix is just being weird! Let's continue watching the movie.

Seungmin: O-ok...

I know something happened, but I decide to let it go after seeing Felix's poor current mental state.

After Felix leaves with Changbin, Hyunjin and I are left alone.

I'm not really paying attention to the movie, I'm mostly admiring Hyunjin's side profile.

I see a small scratch on his cheek and I lean in to get a closer look.

I don't realize how close I am until Hyunjin turns his head and our lips touch.

Unlike last time, we both are frozen, neither of us making the first move.

Felix: I forgot to tell you guys about the plan!

Felix walks into the living room with Chan and Jeongin.

They see us and immediately turn around.

Hyunjin and I awkwardly lean away from each other and crawl to the opposite ends of the couch.

Felix: The plan can wait! I mean-

Chan: Yeah, I agree. Let's go-

Seungmin: Wait! Tell me about the plan!

Jeongin: No it's okay, continue what you two were doing-

Seungmin: Nothing's happening, tell me now!

Chan: Okay, uh...

~

Seungmin: Wow... Jisung and Minho thought of this? I didn't know they were this smart.

Hyunjin: Yeah, same. But do you think this will work?

Seungmin: It's a fifty-fifty situation. You can either save Changbin or he stays a dog until the lady decides to break the curse.

Chan: Do you guys think we can start tomorrow? I have to go to work in a week and I won't be available for a few months after that.

Felix: That works. What do you think about the plan, Changbin?

Everyone looks at the puppy for an answer.

He nods his head and everyone laughs at his cute actions.

Felix: Well, I need my beauty sleep, so bye y'all!

Chan: I'm pretty tired as well. Me and Jeongin and will be back tomorrow morning. Bye guys!

Everyone starts leaving and only Hyunjin is left.

Hyunjin: Uh, goodnight...

Seungmin: You too...

We stand up and head to our rooms.

That night, I got no sleep. The whole night was spent thinking about Hyunjin.
