Chapter seven

Mia stood in the kitchen as Tom walked into the house. She looked to him and smiled. She knew he had been out after work for a few drinks

"I don't want to fight mi, I thought you were going to come down for a few drinks" he said as she looked to him and smiled

"I didn't feel like it. I wanted to talk to you it's important" Mia said as Tom looked to her and frowned.

Tom could see that she was off and that she wasn't herself. He walked over to her and placed his hands on her waist and he pulled her close

"mi, what's going on you are worrying me" Tom said as Mia looked to him and sighed.

Mia knew that she had to tell Tom that she was pregnant and she also knew how terrified that she was to tell him. Mia looked to him and smiled as she placed a hand on his cheek and smiled

"I'm pregnant Tom and I know it's not what we planned and I'm scared" she said. Tom looked to her in shock.

He couldn't believe it. He knew he and Mia were never careful but he knew they didn't have a Normal relationship

"it's will be okay I know we are toxic at times but I love you and if you want to keep this baby we will make it work I promise" Tom said as Mia smiled as he pulled her close and hugged her

Mia got to work the next day and smiled as she saw Esmè who walked over to her

"did you talk to Tom?" Esmè asked as Mia nodded

"we sat talking all night by and we agreed we want this baby even if it wasn't planned and it was a shock. I got go through with an abortion and Tom says he wants to be a dad and I know are relationship isn't normal and it's quite toxic but we do love each other. I just need to tell my mum and she will be buzzing that's for sure" Mia said as Esmè looked to her and smiled

"I bet you will make a great mother and desite you and Tom. He loves you and you love him and deep down that is all that matters and you can make it work. I know you can" Esmè said as Mia looked to her and smiled

"that means a lot, you have no idea just how much I needed to hear it" Mia said as Esmè smiled.

Esmè walked over and hugged Mia who smiled.

Mia knew that she was scared over the thought of her and Tom having a baby but she knew that she wanted this baby and she wanted to make it work and it wasn't going to be easy but she knew that they were stronger than people thought and that they could do it together

Mia sat in her classroom as Tom walked in. He looked to her and smiled as he handed her a hot chocolate and smiled

"I hear coffee is bad for the baby and its your favourite" Tom said as Mia looked to him and smiled

"when did I get so lucky to be with you" she said as she took a sip of it. He wrapped an arm around her and smiled as he kissed the top of her head and smiled

"I know you are terrified but I know we can do this. I love you" tom said as Mia leant in and kissed him

"I know and I love you too" Mia said. Mia knew despite it all that she and Tom could do it but she knew it wouldn't be easy.
