The next morning I woke up early. I pushed the cover on my bed back and stood up. Maybe a little too fast, because I started to sway.
Once I regained my balance, I headed into the bathroom. I turned on the shower and slipped out of my clothes.
After my shower, I brushed my teeth and hair, then put on mascara. I swiped some deodorant on and sprayed perfume on myself.
I got dressed into my normal school robes and emerged from the bathroom at last.
In my dorm, I slipped my shoes on and shoved my things into my bag. I left the dorm and entered the common room. Luna was the only person there, but I wasn't surprised. She was always up early.
She was sitting on a rug in front of the sofa with her legs crossed, and there was a book on the floor in front of her. She wasn't wearing her robes, though. Her knitted sweater was purple and had blue zigzags along the hem.
"Hey, Luna. Why aren't you wearing your robes?" I asked her.
"Oh, hey Y/n! I decided to not get dressed yet. I wanted to read before everyone trampled through here," she replied in her dreamy voice.
I made an 'ohh, I see' face and said goodbye. Luna also said her goodbyes and I left out the door.

I walked slowly towards the dungeons, not wanting to go to potions class. Snape was the rudest professor ever, and the fact that I saw him with Narcissa didn't help the dread for the class.
I soon realized that if I kept walking so slow, I would be late, so I walked faster.
Eventually, I made it to the classroom door, late. I cursed at myself under my breath before pushing open the door and quickly finding a seat at the back of the class.
I refused to look up because I didn't want to make eye contact with Snape. I could tell he was watching me as I sat down because his eyes were basically burning holes through me.
"Miss L/n. Do you care to tell me why you are late for my class?" his voice traveled across the room and directly to me.
I opened my mouth to make up an excuse but nothing came out, so I just shut it.
"Very well. Take out your things. And 5 points from Ravenclaw for failing to give me an answer," he said, annoyed.
5 points off for that? What a bitch. How would you like it if everyone knew what you and Narcissa did? I smirked to myself.
The professor looked at me strangely, and I started to take out my things and jot down the notes written on the chalkboard.

I walked out of the classroom with all the other students and rushed to the common room. I walked up the stairs and to my dorm. I entered the bathroom and checked my teeth, in case there was something there from lunch. I wanted to at least look decent when I went to see Lucius.
I exited the bathroom and walked to my trunk
I opened the top and pulled out black jeans and a white turtleneck to tuck into them. I slipped on some white Nikes and rummaged through my jewelry box. I put on a simple silver chain with a tiny heart and some small silver hoops. I went back to the bathroom and finished drying my hair and tied it back into a low bun.
I walked out of my dorm and into the common room. I checked the clock on the wall.
4:48.
I rushed out of the common room and into the hall. I walked for a while until I reached his door.
