Chapter 5: Castle... Destroy?

Will P.O.V.

"So let me get this straight... I was in a daze, took you too this house, picked up these people in the forest, and then once I got back to the house came out of the daze?" Halt asks for clarification. I nod and he sighs rubbing his temples from where he sits atop Abelard. I sit atop Tug with Percy, who had, as soon as he saw our horses, gone immediately to Tug who, to our suprise, let Percy pet and stroke him. I'm fact he seemed almost proud.

Nico was with Thalia on a horse another horse we just happened to, coincidently have, and little Jason was with me, clinging desperately to Percy's shirt, arms wrapped all of the way around his chest, then me holding them all on the horse. Tug seemed fine with them oddly, despite Percy never asking permission thanks to my forgetfulness. I only remembered after, Jason got on, then got bucked off. Yeah, Jason refused to get on any horse after that until Percy practically threw him up there. Dang, the kid is strong. Anyways back to the present.

 "Do you remember anything from when you were in a daze?" I asked to which I get a nod of a head in response.

 "Yes. I remember being trapped and having to watch myself so something, but having no control of what I could or couldn't do." Halt replies.

 "So you remember when you found them?" I asked, catching Jason, who snaps his eyes tightly shut, before he falls off dragging Percy down with him.

 "Yes. I remember watching as my body walked over to a tree and went behind it, then waited. Waiting for something that I didn't know. Then I heard a kind of loud cracking sound and a bright light flashed and next thing I knew there were people muttering and talking in the clearing past the tree where I was hidden. A few minutes later I can out from behind the tree, introduced myself and brought them to the house. And yeah, the rest you know." Halt explains with great emotions.

 "Well I hope somebody at the castle will be able to help..." I sigh. That's where we are going, by the way. The castle. Partly to see if we can figure out what happened to Halt and partially to tell the king about these odd people.

 "Wait... we're going to a castle!" Percy suddenly blurts out looking up at me with shining eyes.

 Defeated by the innocent, pure, shining look on his face I laugh and admit, "Yeah!" I watch as his eyes seem to grow even wider sparkling mischeviously.

 "That's sooooooo cool!" He cheers and I chuckle.

 "Isn't it?" I snort.

 "Yeah, yeah!" He shouts out breathlessly.

 "Could we destroy it?" Percy asks innocently and I smile.

 "Yeah, ye- wait, WHAT?!?" I shout coming to a complete stop. What did he just say?
