Chapter 3: Smol Percy

Percy P.O.V.

 The first thing I noticed when I regain consciousness is the wind. It was really windy which wasn't to off for my cabin, but still... the odd thing was it smelled of the forest, not the ocean. My cabin always smells like the ocean, and never the forest. So what's going on here? Slowly I feel my eyes open and am slightly surprised to find myself looking at a blue sky and green bursts of leaves. Yeah, this wasn't my cabin. But if not... where was I?

Sitting up I couldn't help but feel uneasy. Something other than the fact that I'm somewhere I don't is bothering me. I look down as I think and that's when I notice.

And then I start screaming.

Nico P.O.V.

 I awoke as soon as the screaming started, bolting into a lax fighting position ready to attack. And then I stop. And stare. And gape at the sight.

What the Hades? Percy, Jason, and Thalia...

Thalia P.O.V

 To the sound of screaming I slowly opened my eyes and took everything in, instantly scouring this place for enemies. This place is unfamiliar to me which is worrying to me to some degree but I shake it off with the promise of dealing with it later.

Then... I look at Jason besides me and, unbidden, a single piercing scream escapes my lips.

Jason P.O.V.

I wake to the sounds of screams. Overall the best way to start a day. Especially when you're a demigod. So groaning in annoyance, I simply turn over and attempt to go to skeep. To no avail as a higher pitches scream soon joins in practically splitting my ear drums!

Glaring I sit up and am about to deal the screamers some real damage when I notice the sight before me. Staring I open and close my mouth no words coming out and the four of us just look at each other in astonishment.

What in Hades is going on?

Third Person

The four stare at each other in shock and horror. They had all... changed.

 "Nico, you're... older?" Percy  squeaks finally finding his voice... sorta.

 "And, Percy, you're... younger?" Nico asks looking in astonishment at his friend.

 "I'm tiny, just like Percy as well..." Jason noted outloud. Looking down at his significantly smaller sized hands.

"And I'm basically the same except for a little bit younger?" Thalia added inspecting herself as we'll in obvious confusion.

"Okay, okay. Back up. Let's think about this problem logically. Starting with the facts." Nico calmly states .

"Okay, Nico, you got older by quite a few years. I got younger by a few years, and Percy and Jason are about the same age and children.  ...  What can we conclude from this?" Thalia stated taking control of the situation.

" Nico is older than all of us?" Percy says and Thalia nods slowly.

"Yeah, older IF you count the time in that hotel. So whatever changed our ages must have known about the hotel..." Thalia explains and the other three nod along.

"And it knows about your line tree times, since before, we were about the same age physically and now you're older than Jason and me..." Percy adds and the others look at him at shock, "What? I'm not a total seaweed  brain allllll the time!"
