chapter 3

Draco's POV
She smiled at me like actually smiled. I want to get her to smile at me again. I searched my pocket and found a funny drawing of Snape in a pink dress. I made it at breakfast when I got bored of listening to Theo talking about the Patil twins. I slid it in front of her and she tried keeping in a laugh. Her hand was in front of her mouth.

She looked up at me and wrote on a small piece of parchment paper. Then handed it to me under the table. I read it and it said 'Severus the pretty princess'. We were both trying to keep our laughs in the whole lesson. The paper was filling with funny sentences that Severus the pretty princess would say. When we were able to leave I put the paper in my pocket and packed up.

She even waited for me. I got up and towered over her. We walked out together, side by side. When we finally made it outside the door we were breaking down laughing. She gripped my right arm while laughing "when did you even draw that? It was so well-drawn."

"At breakfast, Theo wouldn't shut up about the Patil twins." Her mouth dropped. "He likes both of them? That's weird." We started walking while talking. She was very pretty and I was very comfortable talking to her. "Wait wait wait, how tall are you? You grew like six inches since last year."

"I'm like five-eight. Why?" She stopped us then turned to me. She squeezed herself close to me, I was trying so hard not to get red, she then placed her hand over her head and then lined it up. Then she backed up, her hand still on my chest.

She was glaring at her hand, I don't understand why. "How's the weather up there you giraffe. You're so tall it's unfair. I'm shorter then Seamus!" I let out a laugh and got attacked by mini punches to the chest. "Ow ow ow. Okay, I'm sorry." she stopped and walked ahead. Feisty little Hufflepuff.

"Mali! Look at your body sis!" I heard Pansy's voice down the hall and looked up. Mali ran over and jumped to hug her. She was hanging on to her while Pansy was twirling. I felt a pang of jealousy but I ignored it.

"Oh. My. Merlin! Were you two hanging out? I'm telling Blaise and Theo!" with that she ran off leaving a shocked Mali. "Why does everybody do that when they see we are walking together. Like I get it two fine ass students are hanging out. Not to mention it's you with the best witch in the school, me." I couldn't help but laugh at her confidence. She smirked at me and started laughing with me.

"We love the confidence. Anyways want a lollipop?" Her eyes lit up and she zoomed in front of me. "Yes, I do! gimmie please." I dug into my pocket and grabbed a pineapple flavoured lollipop. I then handed to her. she undid the wrapper and threw at my face, then put it in her mouth. Her eyes closed and she relaxed.

"Pineapple is my favourite flavour of these lollipops." She was looking around while gnawing on the lollipop. "Green apple is mine." She looked back at me, trying to keep herself from laughing.

"nO... ReAlLy? ThAt'S a ShOcKeR. NeVER woUld Of GUeSsEd." She was now holding the sweet in her hand and laughing. "Oh really? and is this a shocker?" I picked her up, her body dangling over my shoulder.

"Malfoy put me down!" I started walking ignoring her. She was hitting my back a lot. "You know love, maybe if you begged me very nicely I would consider letting you down." She stayed quiet for a tiny bit before speaking.

"Oh Draco, please set me down. I beg of you because if you do I will," she stayed quiet for a second. "I will KILL YOU. SO SET ME DOWN." I only laughed and continued walking. She started shaking around in my grip. "Stop shaking your arse by my face or I'll get the wrong idea." She stopped shaking.

"Pervert" was all she muttered before giving up. "Thank you, love. such a nice thing to say to me. You know the person who could easily drop you."

"You wouldn't dare."

"I wouldn't dare? Really." She made a sound that I took as her way of saying yes. I dropped her right on her butt. "Owwwww." I turned around to see her having a sad face while leaning back. I walked back over to her and kneeled. "I'm sorry" was all I could say while checking her to see if there were any bruises. there weren't.

I grabbed her hands and helped her up. "You know I can massage where it hurts," I smirked at her. Saying that only got me slaps to the chest. "You. rude. idiot. pervert. how. dare. you. drop. me. on. my arse. then. have. the. audacity. to. ask. to. touch. it" I grabbed her wrists to stop her before she left a mark. "Oh stop it I was joking. cmon I'll drop you off at your common room so you can get your quills."
