chapter 5

Mali's POV

       I had to stay at the Hospital Wing for two days since I had an allergic reaction to an ingredient in a potion and my wrist was sprained. My allergic reaction is settled now and I have a soft splint on my wrist.

One day three girls rushed in, one of them having her foot crushed and it looked like rubber. They were pretty nice. One Hufflepuff who was pretty tall and two Slytherins who were average-sized. They were all gorgeous. When My brother, Aj, came to visit me once I could see one of the Slytherin girls ears got red. That's a couple I'd like to see, a Gryffindor and a Slytherin.

My friends did a lot for me over the two days though. Sophia copied notes for me, I never even asked her to but it was very nice. Pansy always gave me the latest gossip, very nice to know. Draco also came to visit me both days, he would stay until he was forced to leave.

I must admit he was pretty funny and great company. He'd bring me little snacks when I never asked him too and explain somethings about potions.

His eyes light up when you ask him about that subject. It's adorable to see him explain and then get off track, apologize for getting off track, ask where he was in the explanation, and then finish the explanation.

He was also very handsome, those grey eyes you could get lost in, soft-looking hair that you just want to run your fingers through, strong jawline you want press kisses onto, pink lips you would want to kiss all day. I'm getting all flustered just thinking about it.

I'd catch him getting little looks at me sometimes which would only lead to laughter from both of us. Sometimes he'd hold my left hand and read a book silently. He might've not known but I was watching sometimes. Not in a creepy way though, I'm not that creepy.

When I'd ask what book it was he'd answer "Sorry I cannot tell you love" Then smirk his famous smirk. I was gonna figure it out sooner or later, so I let it go.

He was reading was Alice Adams by Booth Tarkington.

   It was now Thursday afternoon, all classes were finished for the day. I was going to the Courtyard with Sophia. But when we were almost there we were stopped.

"Hufflepuffs! Over here!" We turn to see Draco, Blaise, Theodore, and the goons. I smile at Draco and rush over to hug him. Then we heard somebody clear their throat and looked over to see our friends smirking. We stopped hugging and stood by each other kind of awkwardly.

"Ahhhh, look at the little lovebirds, so cute! Pansy told us you were hanging out after class and at the hospital wing. Anything going on with you to?" I rolled my eyes with Draco and flipped him off." Theodore laughed with Blaise. Sophia and Blaise were getting glances at each other and smiling.

"Hold on hold on hold on! What's going on between you two." I look between those two and then to Draco who is smirking at Blaise. "Did I miss something? Oh my fucking god, somebody explain to me what's going on between you two." I knew Sophia had a crush on Blaise so I was quite intrigued with what was happening.

"Uhm. Blaise asked me out and I said yes." My mouth was wide open, I turned to everybody else and then Draco. He pulled my head up by my jaw and closed my mouth with a single hand, his finger gently brushing my bottom lip. Then let go.  "Your gonna get bugs in your mouth if you keep it open like that love."

I stared at him, "Damn that was hot. Also your rings are cold as fuck. Anyways boys, I need to get this gossip from Soph. So bye, for now, we will be over there." turned to Sophia, rushed over, pulled her arm, and went to where they can't hear us if we talked.

"You didn't tell me this, how could you not? This is a big deal" I looked over to see the boys talking and looking back at us. "I'm sorry miss thing, but what's going on with you and Malfoy."

Then I explained everything that happened the last few days and she explained what happened with her and Blaise. "I didn't know Zucchini could be romantic! That's adorable!" The boys looked over at me and I smacked my hand over my mouth to keep in my laugh. We walked back over and I was still laughing into my hand. After I calmed down, we all made our way to the courtyard.

On our way there I was walking behind Draco so I got a good look of his ass. I would play the bongos on it while walking and he would get annoyed. His face was bright red when he turned around. "Will you stop playing the drums on my arse. It's weird."

I only smirk and slap it. "You got a nice ass though, like look at it! Oh, wait you can't unless you're in a mirror. That sucks and no I cannot stop." He only rolled his eyes and grabbed me so I was in front of everybody. I went in front of Sophia who was laughing

"Smack my ass like a drum. Dun dun dun." Sophia did just that and I was doing it to Theo who walked in front of me. I peaked a look at Draco to see he was trying to hold in a laugh. I winked at him and smirked, he did the same to me.
