Chapter 9

Mali's POV

As we were walking our hands kept brushing so I did the only reasonable thing. I wrapped my pinky around his. He squeezed so I did it back. We were doing this almost the whole way there until I quit. "God damn that hurt. How can a pinky be that strong?" He shrugged and kept looking forward.

I started humming 'I want it that way' by the Backstreet Boys but the cover from a muggle show. Brooklyn nine-nine. He was watching me while grinning lightly. So I started singing the lyrics to him. "You are, my fireeeeee. The one desireeeeee. Believeeee when I sayyy. I want it that wayyyy." Now I don't even care so I started adding little dance moves in it.

"Tell me why! Ain't nothing but a heartache!" He put his hand over my mouth quickly. I glared at him and bit his hand. He moved it and looked at the bite mark. "Did you just bite me? You little gremlin."

"Yes, I did bite you what are you going to do about it?" He was biting the inside of his mouth probably thinking about what to do. "I'm going to snog the living daylights out of you." That caught me off guard, "wha-" he leaned down and kissed me, no warning. At all. But I, of course, kissed back, I'm not that stupid. We moved to the side of the corridor and my back was against a wall.

I slung my arms around his neck to pull him closer. He slid his tongue on my bottom lip asking for permission. And it was granted. I let him and now we were having a battle for dominance. I was not going to give up easily. Then he dares to grab the side of my torso and rub his thumb! So he won the fight because he cheated. Hot fucking cheater.

After about like ten minutes we had to pull back for air. "You're a cheater, you know that?" He gave an out of breath chuckle. "You never said there were any rules now did you Carharrt?"

"I didn't have time to even say anything, Malfoy." He smirked, "oops sorry." I scowl at him and try to fix my smeared lip gloss. I could see him rubbing his lips together, eyebrows furrowed. "Green apple lipgloss? That's a thing?" I nodded and his eyes just lit up. "Merlin, now you have to wear it all the time."

I just hop on him, our chests together. My legs are wrapped around his waist and my arms wrapped around his neck. He must have accidentally placed his hands on my ass while I was lost in thoughts because he quickly brought his hands back, "sorry didn't mean to do that." He then placed his arms around my torso, making us, if possible, even closer.

"What did you mean by 'I should wear it all the time'. It's not like your just gonna kiss me all the time. That would make me think you fancy me which isn't true." I laughed the last sentence off. He came to a weird stop. Making me look at his eyes. Our nose is less than a centimetre apart.

His eyes are so pretty, like a pool of grey with blue. When his pupils dilate I can see my reflection. God damn, I'm hot. Glad I had lip gloss on. Ooo my hair looks so good, everybody and thing are blessed to be in my presence. Yes queen. We love self-confidence.

I was brought out my trance by him speaking.
