chapter 7

Draco's POV

"What the fuck did you just call her? No no no no repeat it. I dare you." I walked right in front of him and squatted to be eye level with him. He was about to say it when I socked him. He was now groaning and rolling on the ground. "Oh you bitch. If you ever call her that again, I'll punt your scrawny arse." I looked him up and down and tsked. Blaise and Theo looked at the bleeding boy with as much anger as me. "He's all yours I'm going to go find Mali." They nodded and I walked out.

Damn it. I don't have either of the girls numbers. I asked around if anybody seen a barely five foot girl, dark skin, dark brown curly hair, wrist wrapped in bandages. They all gave me dirty looks and pointed me in one direction. They must think I made her cry.

I walked fast to try and find her. I made a few rights. But I found her sitting against a wall. I sprinted to go hug her. I slid against the wall next to her, pulled her into my arms and rubbed her back softly. I felt her tears seeping into my shirt but I didn't mind.

Sophia got up and kissed her forehead before she left. I swung my arm around her shoulder, she rested her head on me and I just rubbed her arm gently with my thumb. She seemed to be calming down a lot and her breathing steadied. I looked up and saw Professor Lupin and a black dog sneaking out of a broom closet. What the? They seem to not notice us and walked the opposite way.

She seemed to notice this and looked up at me. She had a tiny smile on her face. After a few seconds of staring we broke down laughing. "Merlin, I wonder what he was doing? Maybe he was shagging a dog, what do you think Draco?" I looked at her while faking a questionable look. "Hmm, no I think he was actually doing a sing along. Because you could hear hmmm hmmm hmm hmmm." She started swaying while I was humming. I was actually humming a muggle song called 505 by Arctic Monkeys.

She closed her eyes and moved so she can rest her head on my lap. I started running my fingers through her hair. I knew she was slowly falling asleep. After a while I knew she was asleep so I got up. Holding my hand on her back so she wouldn't fall on the cold floor. I grabbed her bridal style and started making way to the Slytherin common room, hoping Pansy or Trinity would be there.

They weren't, just my luck. Nobody was in the common room but a few first years. I waved to them, they waved back, then I put my finger up to my lips and they nodded. I started making way to the boys dormitory's. I was met with a Theodore who had bruised knuckles and a Blaise who was icing his ankle. I raised my eyebrow and they grinned.

I made my way to my bed and set her on it. I took off her shoes and headband. I tried remembering what my mom always said. Oh! 'When you finally get a girl, or boy, make sure to always take off their makeup if they fell asleep before they could do it themselves.'  I leaned over her to examine if she had anything on, she had a bit of things on her eyelids so I went to get a wet cloth.

I gently wiped it off and folded it. Then I pried off her robe. She was still in her pajama shorts,matching vegetable socks, and a, I think it's called, sports bra? I quickly covered her in my comforter. I then turned around and pried off my robe, leaving me in black trousers and a white button up. Blaise and Theo were deep in conversation over something.

After changing into grey joggers and white socks I sat on the edge of my four poster bed. I suddenly felt tiny arms reach around my torso and yank me back. She was snuggling me as if I was a teddy bear. I shifted so I could get under the covers to and she quickly closed the gap between us. Her head resting on my bare chest and her warm hand resting on my toned stomach. I closed my eyes and got comfortable.

"Ladies and Gentlemen, he made it" was the last thing I heard from Blaise before I fell asleep.
