My heart clenched, thudding
hard inside my heavy chest
Tired to open my eyes
but everything blurred out
Surrounded by fog like the
winter breeze
I rushed to peace but
needles on the ground,
made me bleed furiouslyLooked at my hands,
they were vacant even
the lines left me
Hoped and prayed,
continuously
To gain consciousness,
pain made way inside
me through stabs of my love
Repeating scenarios
in my head, I keep
breathing his nameGreed and wit were
what I saw and hear
in the air
Sealed my mouth
with a lock bigger
than I could carry
Sweats all over my body,
begging to be cleanedI jumped in the river
of disgust and delusions
Cries, I heard were from me
Tried to ask myself
a reason,
fought a battle insideSpoke but no words
came out,
for weakness
covered me whole
Saw someone shooting
arrow from the distance
Hit me in the guts,
I gasped with the pressureA/N
Hold my heart with soft hands
