The look on everyone's face surprised me like it wasn't a shock but loathing
The unwanted thoughts crippled in my head like it wasn't a pleasure but regret
The flower bloomed in my field of tears like it wasn't an emotion but habit
The pressure of hiding the trees in my window like it wasn't love but obligation
The waves of your smell tensed me like you were not very real but fantasy
The fine meadows belittle my belongings in the river like it wasn't an asset but liability
The fairy from the lands of nowhere came in my bedroom like it wasn't a box but clouds
